Monthly EUR payouts through Stripe
Qualifying commission normally matures after 30 days. Eligible balances of at least €50 are transferred monthly in EUR to Stripe Connect Express. Smaller balances roll forward. Stripe and the banking system control final bank payout timing. Affiliates remain responsible for tax obligations.

What is the QREasy Affiliate Program?+
It is an application-based program for recommending QREasy. Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and may earn commission when an eligible referred customer becomes a paying subscriber.
Who may apply?+
Agencies, freelancers, creators, consultants, reviewers, communities, and event or hospitality professionals in supported countries may apply. Approval is discretionary.
Do I need a paid QREasy subscription?+
No. You need a verified QREasy account, an approved application, accepted terms, and completed Stripe onboarding.
How much commission can I earn?+
The default rate is 25% of qualifying tax-exclusive subscription revenue actually collected after discounts and later adjustments. Earnings are not guaranteed.
When does the 12-month earning period begin?+
It begins on the referred customer's first successful paid subscription invoice. A renewal at the exact 12-month boundary is not commissionable by default.
What counts as a qualifying payment?+
An eligible, successfully paid subscription invoice inside the earning window. Failed, voided, zero-value, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible amounts do not qualify.
Is commission calculated before or after VAT?+
Commission is calculated from qualifying revenue actually collected after discounts and excluding VAT or other sales taxes.
How long does referral attribution last?+
The default attribution window is 60 days from the most recent eligible affiliate click.
What if someone clicks multiple affiliate links?+
The last eligible affiliate click wins until attribution locks. A direct visit does not erase a valid referral, and ordinary later clicks cannot replace locked attribution.
Can I refer an existing free user?+
Yes, if that user has never made a successful paid subscription payment and attribution locks before their first eligible Checkout.
Can I refer an existing paying customer?+
No. Existing paid customers are not eligible and are never backfilled.
Can I use my own referral link?+
No. Self-referrals and related-party manipulation are prohibited and may lead to a hold or suspension.
Can customers combine discounts?+
No. Affiliate campaign discounts cannot be combined with another coupon or promotion code.
What customer offer is available?+
The launch monthly offer is 50% off the first three paid monthly periods. The launch annual offer adds 30% off the first annual invoice on top of the standard annual price.
When do commissions become available?+
Qualifying commissions are normally held for a 30-day reserve, then mature if no refund, credit, dispute, or fraud hold applies.
When are payouts sent?+
Eligible balances are aggregated monthly and transferred in EUR to the affiliate's Stripe Connect account. Stripe's bank payout schedule is a separate step.
What happens below the €50 threshold?+
The balance rolls forward to a later payout period until it reaches the minimum or another lawful settlement rule applies.
What happens after a refund or dispute?+
Pending commission is reduced or cancelled. If it was already transferred, a visible negative adjustment is carried forward and a transfer may be reversed where permitted.
Which countries are supported?+
Launch support is limited to explicitly enabled EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are excluded unless enabled later.
How does Stripe onboarding work?+
After QREasy approval and terms acceptance, Stripe hosts identity and payout onboarding. QREasy does not store bank details or identity documents.
Must I disclose affiliate links?+
Yes. The commercial relationship must be clearly and prominently disclosed near the recommendation or link.
Who is responsible for taxes?+
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax, VAT, invoicing, registration, and reporting obligations.
Can QREasy reject or suspend an affiliate?+
Yes. Approval is discretionary and QREasy may hold, suspend, or terminate participation for risk, legal, fraud, compliance, or program reasons.
