SMS QR code generator
Prepare a text message to your number.
Create and share in three steps
- 1Enter the details
- 2Test your QR code
- 3Download and share
Scan your code with the phone or app your visitors will use. Check the details and destination before printing or sharing it.
A static QR code contains fixed information. A dynamic QR code uses a saved link that you can update from your account. Website and document links need an internet connection.

Requests by text message
Let customers send a prepared text, such as a booking request, a callback request or a code word for a promotion, straight to your number.
Useful where mobile data is weak
Text messages use the mobile network rather than the internet, so an SMS code can help at events, markets or in buildings with a poor data connection.
Questions and answers
Is the message sent automatically?
No. Scanning opens the messaging app with your number and text filled in. The person can change the text and decides whether to send it.
Who pays for the text message?
The person who sends it, at their normal mobile rate. Keep this in mind if your audience may be travelling abroad.
Can I change the number or text later?
No. SMS codes are static: the number and text are stored in the code. To change them, create a new code. For a number that may change, use a dynamic phone code from your account.
