1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QREasy (“Service”), operated by IllumiNode LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QREasy provides QR code generation and management services, including:

• Static QR code generation (unlimited for all plans)
• Dynamic QR code generation (plan-based limits)
• Analytics and performance insights
• Apple & Google Wallet business cards
• Micro Pages (mini landing pages) on supported plans
• QR code customization and branding
• Instant QR generation
• Bulk-generation tools on selected plans

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• A single individual or entity may not create multiple free accounts
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account

4.3 Business — €9.99 / month or €95.90 / year

• 33 websites, up to 10 pages each
• 357 QR codes with editable destinations
• Free contact cards for Apple & Google Wallet
• Website-linked Wallet cards
• Unlimited static QR codes
• Custom URL support
• 90 days of visitor and scan history

Some website templates require Lite SME or Business. A website-linked Wallet card requires a paid plan; contact Wallet cards are free. Domain registration and the separate custom-domain connection service are not included in these subscription prices. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing until a valid change takes effect.

5. Scan Limits and Service Continuity

Our commitment: Your QR codes will never stop working.

• If you exceed the analytics window for your plan, your QR codes will continue functioning
• Analytics visibility stops after your plan’s limit (7 days or 30–90 days), unless you upgrade
• We do not disable QR codes due to scan count or analytics expiration
• This guarantee differentiates us from competitors who block QR codes at plan limits

6. Payment Terms

• Paid website plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. An annual monthly equivalent is a comparison; the annual total is charged once per year.
• Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Checkout shows the applicable price, billing period and taxes before you agree.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided in these Terms, including the domain activation refund in section 18.
• Price changes require 30 days’ notice. An existing subscription does not change price merely because this page lists a new price.
• Failed or overdue payments may lead to service suspension. Domain connection billing is separate and follows section 18.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Link to illegal, harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• Spread malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or misleading practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm others
• Attempt to bypass security or rate-limits
• Use bots or automation to overload the system

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of all content you generate with QREasy
• We retain ownership of the platform, technology, brand, and infrastructure
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your QR codes and linked content as required to provide the Service
• We claim no ownership over the content you link to through QR codes or the designs you create

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data collection and processing follow our Privacy Policy
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations
• You are responsible for ensuring your QR content complies with applicable laws

10. Service Availability

• We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• Planned maintenance may occur with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for outages beyond our control, including third-party provider downtime

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total cumulative liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months
• We are not responsible for content linked through your QR codes

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IllumiNode LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of rights of third parties
• Content you create or link via QR codes

13. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription or account at any time from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Sections that logically survive termination (e.g., liability, indemnification) will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice in case of material changes
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• We will notify users via email or in-platform notice

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage informal resolution by contacting us first
• Formal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class action waiver: disputes must be resolved individually, not as a class action

18. Custom domain connection

Currently in limited testing. New annual payments and domain purchases through QREasy are not available.

Where offered, the €12 annual service connects one domain to one published QREasy website and includes HTTPS setup and ongoing connection checks. The same fee applies whether you buy the domain elsewhere or configure its DNS yourself. It is separate from your website plan and does not increase that plan’s limits.

QREasy is not your domain registrar. You remain responsible for the domain, its renewal, accurate owner details and your registrar’s terms. Buy and renew directly with your chosen provider. No integrated registrar checkout or automatic DNS setup is currently offered; any future option must show its provider, availability and costs before you agree.

A new annual payment requires your separate consent. The website must be published, domain ownership verified, and DNS, HTTPS and routing checks successful before QREasy collects payment. Saving a payment method alone does not start a charge or publish your website.

When enabled with your consent, the service renews yearly after a fresh successful connection check. Uncertain checks hold collection. A confirmed connection problem lasting seven days stops renewal. Missed periods are not charged later as arrears; restarting requires a new verified annual term.

You can stop the next renewal in domain settings and keep the connection for the remaining paid term. Disconnecting removes QREasy routing immediately. Neither action cancels the domain registration or renewal with your registrar. Unpublishing or deleting your QREasy website stops renewal of this service.

An existing connection identified as free in domain settings remains free for that website and hostname. A different domain uses the new service terms. If a collected payment cannot be followed by activation within 24 hours, QREasy initiates an automatic refund. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider.

These provisions do not remove statutory consumer, cancellation or refund rights. No new domain fee applies to you without separate agreement. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices until a valid change takes effect under these Terms.
