What the Four-Page Beauty Template Should Accomplish
The Beauty & aesthetics template starts with four editable pages for presenting treatments and explaining how to book. Before editing, preview the Beauty & aesthetics website template to see the current composition. Treat the four pages as a concise journey: welcome, treatment detail, visual proof, and a clear contact or booking route.
A practical content map for the four pages is:
The default content is a starting point, not proof of real client work. Replace fictional businesses, sample treatments, demonstration images, and any illustrative testimonials with reviewed material. Keep before-and-after imagery and result claims within what the salon can properly substantiate.
- Page 1 – Welcome: introduce the salon, its setting, the type of client it serves, and the main action a visitor should take.
- Page 2 – Treatments: group services clearly, describe what each visit involves, and add duration, price, suitability, or preparation details only when verified.
- Page 3 – Work and confidence: use approved photos and explanatory copy to show previous work, the team, the process, and answers to common questions.
- Page 4 – Contact and booking: show how to reach the salon, explain the enquiry process, and provide a direct route to the chosen external booking provider.
How to Customize the Template Without Wasting Space
The site builder lets you choose a template, add supported sections, arrange them, and publish. Sections can contain text, images, services, contact details, and links. Compare QREasy website templates before committing to a structure, then work page by page so each section has one job: orient, explain, prove, or enable contact.
Free section types include Text, Gallery, Products, Contact, Links, Social, Save Contact, and Events. A Free site can describe services in ordinary Text sections and show photos in Gallery, but that does not make the premium Service Grid, Profile, Before & After, Team Grid, Testimonials, or editorial blocks free. Premium sections may be drafted on Free, but not published there.
- Text: add treatment descriptions, salon policies, answers to frequent questions, and clear booking instructions.
- Gallery: use approved photographs of the space, team, products, and completed work, with captions that avoid unsupported claims.
- Products: present items that are genuinely offered for sale without confusing them with treatment services.
- Contact, Links, and Social: place telephone, email, WhatsApp, social profiles, and external booking links where they answer the visitor’s next question.
Organize Contact and Booking Information
Beauty templates use phone, email, WhatsApp, or external booking links for enquiries. Each action opens the relevant external channel. QREasy does not provide a verified native contact form, enquiry inbox, appointment calendar, availability, automated confirmations, inventory, ordering, checkout, payment processing, or a property CRM.
Write the booking information so it matches the destination. A phone, email, or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. An external provider may confirm bookings under its own rules, but QREasy does not determine its availability, confirmation logic, or policies. A consultant may also offer scheduling, payment, or other services through the consultant’s own process.
- Telephone: label it as a call or enquiry link; do not say the call itself confirms a reservation.
- Email: explain what the visitor should include, such as the requested treatment and preferred contact time, without promising a response time.
- WhatsApp: use it for a direct conversation, but state that the final appointment is agreed through the salon’s own process.
- External booking provider: link to the service the business already uses. If it includes a separate form, describe it as that provider’s form, not a QREasy form.
Choose Between a Static QR and a Dynamic QR
A QR for a salon should keep its destination under your control. Use the QREasy QR code generators to create a static URL code or a dynamic code with a managed redirect, then test the intended journey before printing. The QR for a website-linked Wallet card encodes the website address; scanning it opens the site in the phone browser, not as a website running inside Wallet.
Choose the QR type based on what needs to change, not simply because the website is editable. A static URL QR can already lead to a hosted page whose content is replaced at the same address. A dynamic QR becomes useful when the destination URL itself may need to move.
- Static URL QR: the encoded URL is fixed. The content served at that same address can still change, so you do not need to reprint it after editing a hosted page.
- Dynamic QR: a managed redirect can point to a new destination without reprinting, subject to plan limits. It is useful when the destination itself must change.
- Hosted site editing: changing a page at the same website address does not by itself require a dynamic QR. Only changing the URL encoded in a static QR requires a new static code.
- Scanning reality: neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device. Test representative phones, cameras, and readers. A static URL QR is also different from a QR with embedded static vCard data.
Select a Plan and Complete the Pre-Publish Check
The premium Beauty & aesthetics template requires Lite SME or Business. This is an independent condition from Wallet access: contact Wallet cards are included with Free, while a Wallet card linked to a website requires Lite SME or Business. Compare the current QREasy plans for capacity and choose according to the number of sites, pages, and dynamic QR codes you need.
Free includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and seven days of analytics history. Its monthly and annual prices are both EUR 0.00. It can be useful for a simple one-page presence and contact card, but it cannot publish this premium four-page template.
Lite SME includes three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history; it costs EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually. Business includes 33 websites with up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history; it costs EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually. Both plans include website-linked Wallet cards.
- Review all four pages on mobile and desktop, checking headings, treatment descriptions, image choices, button labels, and section order.
- Remove every fictional demonstration business, treatment, image caption, and testimonial; sample material must not appear to be a client result.
- Open each phone, email, WhatsApp, and external booking link from the published site and confirm that it reaches the intended destination.
- Check the external provider’s own hours, confirmation rules, and required information, and state clearly whether the link starts an enquiry or a booking flow.
- Scan the QR on representative devices and open the published site with an internet connection. Edits can appear at the same website address, but visitors need connectivity to access it.
