What the four-page dental website includes
QREasy’s dental practice template contains four pages, so plan a multi-page site rather than treating it as the one-page business-card format. The dental practice website template preview shows the concept, while the QREasy website templates collection offers broader choices. A practical page map is: practice and team, treatments, work or clinical environment, and contact information. Treat this as a recommended structure, not a list of fixed starter blocks.
Give each page one main job and use clear navigation labels. Add and arrange supported text, images, services, contact details and links, then publish. Keep the introduction focused on who the practice serves, put treatment explanations where visitors can compare options, and reserve the final page for practical contact routes and location details. Use only substantiated claims and images you are authorized to publish.
Personalize with Text and Gallery
Ordinary Text sections can carry team biographies, treatment overviews, process notes and answers to common pre-visit questions. Gallery sections can show the team, clinic, equipment and examples of previous work when you have permission. Add concise captions that explain the context of each image rather than asking visitors to infer clinical results from a photograph alone.
Text and Gallery are free section types, but that does not make the premium dentist template free: using this four-page template requires Lite SME or Business. Other free types include Contact, Links, Products, Social, Save Contact and Events. Premium sections may be drafted before upgrading, but they cannot be published on Free. Choose richer blocks only when they make services, people or evidence easier to understand.
- People and credibility: Profile, Team Grid, Testimonials, Credibility Strip and Stats Strip.
- Visual storytelling: Image, Premium Gallery, Before and After, editorial layouts and sliders.
- Service and process: Service Grid, FAQs, Publications, Process, Technology List, Locations, Video, Channels, Downloads, Music and Calls to Action.
Choose the plan for the template and Wallet cards
The paid-plan requirement comes from the premium dentist template, not from the mere existence of a Wallet card. Free allows one website with up to one page, so it cannot use this four-page template. Lite SME and Business both meet the four-page requirement. The QREasy plans page lists site, page, QR, analytics and Wallet allowances so you can compare them before creating anything.
Contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website are free. A Wallet card linked to a website requires Lite SME or Business, which is a separate rule. Recipients can review and save contact details or open a QREasy site; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Opening the site takes visitors to the hosted web address in the phone browser, not a site running inside Wallet.
- Free: 1 website, up to 1 page each, 1 dynamic QR code and unlimited static QR codes. The first one-page website and contact Wallet cards are included.
- Lite SME: 3 websites, up to 4 pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes. Listed price: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually; website-linked Wallet cards are included.
- Business: 33 websites, up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes. Listed price: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually; website-linked Wallet cards are included.
Understand the QR code and browser journey
For a website-linked Wallet card, the QR encodes the website address. Scanning it with a phone opens that destination in the phone’s browser; the site does not run inside Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The code is a shortcut to the hosted site, not a mandatory card-review step. Recipients can also save the contact details supplied on the card.
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL, but content served at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. Changing the encoded address requires a new static QR. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted website does not itself require a dynamic QR. The QREasy QR code generators help you choose the appropriate tool.
Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device. Test the final placement under realistic lighting and distance, confirm that the destination is the published site, and check that the site remains usable on a small screen. Static QR codes are unlimited on the listed plans, while dynamic-code allowances vary by plan.
Show contact options without native booking features
Use supported Contact and Links sections to offer telephone, email, WhatsApp or carefully checked external service links. Add Social sections for the practice’s own profiles. These actions open the relevant external channel. QREasy websites do not include a native customer contact form or enquiry submission inbox, so do not build the page around a form hosted by QREasy. If the practice already uses a separate provider, link directly to that service and label it accurately.
A telephone, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. An external booking provider may offer scheduling and confirmations under its own rules, but QREasy does not supply or determine that functionality. Avoid promising automatic appointment confirmation unless the external service actually provides it. QREasy does not provide native appointment availability, calendars or reservation-confirmation workflows.
Before publishing, open every contact action and confirm the number, inbox, messaging profile and external destination. Use labels that state what happens next, such as calling the practice, sending a WhatsApp enquiry or opening a scheduling provider. Keep the provider’s own terms and privacy information in that provider’s flow, and make no claim about it that you have not verified.
Edit, publish and test the site
Create the site from the dentist template, add or rearrange sections, preview the page sequence, and publish only after navigation and contact paths are complete. QREasy hosts the editable site, and the same web address can display later updates, so routine copy or image corrections do not require a new address. Access still requires an internet connection, and a saved draft is not a published change.
Test the published experience on a desktop and on common phone screen sizes. Visit every page, open the menu, follow external links, and check that images are cropped and text is readable. Scan the QR from its printed placement, then test saving contact details and opening Visit Page on a linked Google Wallet card. For broader context, review the information about QREasy. After launch, keep a practice checklist noting who owns edits, which external links are active and when contact details were last checked.
