What the eye care practice website template includes
The QREasy eye care template is designed to introduce specialist care and consultation options. Its default structure contains four pages, so evaluate it as a multi-page template rather than a one-page microsite. Open the eye care website template preview to review the page sequence, sample content and visual treatment. Sample businesses and copy are fictional demonstrations, not evidence of patient outcomes or testimonials.
QREasy websites are editable after a template is selected. Within the builder, users can add and arrange supported sections containing text, images, services, contact details and links. Treat the four-page template as the starting structure, not a promise that every premium block is already placed. Confirm which sections appear by default and which you add before deciding how to allocate the available pages.
- Four default pages for the eye care template.
- Editable text, images, services, contact details and links through supported sections.
- Website and template content can be updated at the same published address.
- A hosted site requires internet access when visitors open it.
Plan requirements and limits to check
The ophthalmologist template requires Lite SME or Business, regardless of whether a Wallet card is created. This is a template entitlement, not a consequence of Wallet functionality. Free can create one website with up to one page, so it cannot publish this four-page premium template. Before editing, compare QREasy plans with the number of sites, page limits and QR limits your practice actually needs.
Lite SME includes three websites, up to four pages per site and 50 dynamic QR codes. Business includes 33 websites, up to ten pages per site and 357 dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes are unlimited on all listed plans, while analytics history is seven days on Free and 90 days on Lite SME and Business. Website-linked Wallet cards are separate and require Lite SME or Business.
- Free: EUR 0.00 monthly or annually; one website and one page per site.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually.
Present specialist services, profiles and visual information
Build the four pages around a clear patient journey: explain the specialist services offered, describe the practitioner or team, show the practice environment and provide accurate next steps. A Free site can describe services and past work in ordinary Text sections and display photos in Gallery. For this premium template, do not confuse those ordinary blocks with the separate Service Grid, Profile, Team Grid or Editorial Image section types.
Paid section types can be drafted before upgrading but cannot be published on Free; Lite SME and Business are required to publish them. Because the eye care template already requires one of those plans, you can use eligible premium sections where the builder offers them. In the builder, replace the template’s fictional sample copy with approved practice information, enter the service and practitioner details supplied by the practice, and select authentic images for Gallery or other eligible image sections.
- Use plain Text for service explanations when a specialist layout is unnecessary.
- Use Gallery or eligible image layouts for authentic photos and visuals.
- Use Profile or Team Grid for practitioner information only when available and appropriate.
- Replace fictional sample copy; do not present it as patient evidence.
Connect visitors with contact and external options
Give visitors several appropriate contact paths. The supported Contact section can present practice details, while Links can direct people to a phone call, email, WhatsApp or an external booking page. These actions open the relevant external channel. If your practice already uses an online booking provider, link to that provider and describe its process accurately; QREasy does not determine its availability rules or confirmation behavior.
QREasy does not provide a verified native customer contact form, enquiry submission inbox or appointment scheduler for this website. Do not describe a contact action as though QREasy receives the enquiry. An external form is only a link to a separate provider already used by the practice. A phone, email or WhatsApp action is an enquiry channel, not itself a confirmed reservation. Your site may mention independent scheduling services, but the site itself does not implement them.
- Clearly distinguish a request for contact from a confirmed booking.
- Label external provider links so visitors know where they will go.
- Do not promise appointment availability, confirmations, payments or records management through QREasy.
Choose static or dynamic QR codes
A static URL QR encodes a fixed web address. The content at that address can still change: if you edit a hosted QREasy page or replace a PDF at the same URL, the printed code does not need to change. A new static code is required only when the encoded URL itself changes. Do not confuse a static URL code with embedded static vCard data, which serves a different purpose.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to the plan’s dynamic-code limits. Use it when you need to switch destinations over time; you do not need one merely to edit a hosted QREasy website. Neither format guarantees that every device will scan it, so test the code on the devices and conditions relevant to your visitors. For more options, review the QREasy QR code generators.
- Static URL QR: best for a stable website address whose content may be edited.
- Dynamic QR: useful when the destination itself must change without reprinting.
- Plan limits: 1 dynamic code on Free, 50 on Lite SME and 357 on Business; static codes are unlimited.
- A website QR opens the address in the phone browser; it does not run the site inside Wallet.
Review, publish and update the four-page site
Before publishing, work through all four pages as a visitor. Confirm that headings match the services being offered, contact details are correct, every link points to the intended channel, and sample placeholders or fictional wording have been removed. Review the page flow for a logical progression from specialist overview to practitioner information, practice details and contact options. Test external links and QR scans on your own devices, recognizing that no scanner result is guaranteed.
Publish only after the content, images, links and plan-dependent sections are ready. QREasy hosts the site, and visitors need internet access to open it. Later edits can use the same website address, so recipients and printed QR codes do not need a new address simply because wording or images changed. If the structure changes, revisit the page limits for your plan and browse website templates only if a different starting structure is a better fit.
To check the wider publishing context, read information about QREasy before launch. Keep a checklist of approved wording, image sources, contact destinations and the person responsible for updates. Decide who will review external booking pages separately, because changes at the provider can affect the visitor journey even when your QREasy site remains unchanged.
- Check each page for accurate wording, images, contact details and working destinations.
- Keep the published address stable unless you intend to replace printed QR materials.
- Recheck the plan after adding pages, sites or dynamic QR codes.
