Start with the legal template’s actual scope
Begin with the template preview and the editable site rather than judging the sample copy alone. The starter experience is intended to explain a legal practice and a first consultation, and the template contains three pages. Before replacing anything, note which text, images and links belong to the default pages and which elements you would add later.
A useful three-page plan separates orientation from conversion. Use the first page to introduce the practice and the kind of client it serves, the second to explain services, experience and working method, and the third to explain the first consultation and provide direct contact links. This is an editorial plan, not a claim about fixed labels in the template.
In the QREasy editor, replace the fictional demonstration material with accurate copy, choose suitable images, and add or arrange supported sections. Do not assume a section seen in another template is already present. Compare the legal template with the broader website template library if you need to see how starter content and optional sections differ.
- Page 1: introduce the firm, its location or service area, and its core legal focus.
- Page 2: describe relevant services, the professional background and the working process.
- Page 3: explain what a first consultation involves and how to request it.
- Keep sensitive client details and unsupported claims off every page.
Organise services, experience and professional information
Text is the flexible basic building block. Use ordinary Text sections to describe legal services, the team’s background, relevant experience, fees or engagement information you choose to publish, and the steps involved in a matter. A Free website can use Text and Gallery, so these are useful for understanding simple layouts, but the premium legal template still requires a paid plan.
Service Grid, Profile and Testimonials are premium section types and can be published only with Lite SME or Business. QREasy permits premium sections to be drafted before upgrading, but not published on Free. Because the legal template itself already requires Lite SME or Business, review those blocks in the upgraded editor and use only genuine, properly approved material; the template’s sample businesses and copy are fictional demonstrations, not testimonials or results.
- Text: explain services, qualifications, process and practical information in plain language.
- Gallery: show the office, team or relevant work only with suitable images and permission.
- Service Grid and Profile: create clearer service and professional overviews when the paid plan permits.
- Testimonials: include only authentic, authorised statements; demonstration copy is not evidence of results.
Design a clear first-consultation route
Make the first-consultation route obvious. Add a direct telephone link, an email link or a WhatsApp link through the supported contact or links content, and repeat the same chosen channel in the most relevant location rather than scattering competing calls to action. Explain what the visitor should say and which initial details the firm wants the visitor to provide.
QREasy does not include a verified native customer contact form, enquiry submission inbox, appointment calendar or automated confirmation. A phone, email or WhatsApp link opens that external channel; the visit itself is not a confirmed enquiry. If the firm already uses a separate form or booking provider, link to it clearly and describe it as an external service that operates under the provider’s own rules.
Use generic first-contact wording and avoid requesting confidential material in public page fields. Test every link from a phone, check that the selected address is current, and make the next step unambiguous. If the external provider can confirm a consultation, that confirmation belongs to the provider rather than to QREasy.
Publish, share and keep the address stable
After editing, publish the pages and check the live site. QREasy can keep the same website address when content changes, so visitors and printed QR codes can continue to use that URL. Website access needs an internet connection. Test the navigation, images, section order and every contact link before distributing the address.
For a QR code, choose the QREasy QR code generators and use a static URL QR when the printed code should always lead to this fixed website address. The code contains a fixed URL, while the hosted content at that URL can change without reprinting it. Changing the website address requires a new static code. A dynamic QR is not needed merely to edit a hosted site; it is useful when a managed redirect changes destination within the plan’s limits.
No QR type guarantees scanning on every device, so test with the devices and conditions the audience uses. If a website-linked Wallet card is appropriate, Lite SME or Business includes that option. Scanning its website QR opens the site in the phone browser, not as a website running inside Wallet; Google Wallet also provides a Visit Page link. The card choice does not change the legal template’s own plan requirement.
Choose and review the plan before publication
The legal template requires Lite SME or Business whether or not you create a Wallet card. Before subscribing, compare current QREasy plans and limits and check the displayed terms. The supplied plan details are:
Lite SME is the more proportionate starting point if the goal is one small three-page practice site, since its page allowance covers the template. Business is relevant when several sites or longer sites are needed, or when the higher QR allowance is important. Compare the current limits rather than choosing from the template name alone.
Keep the plan review and publication checks together: template access, number of pages and sites, QR type and allowance, analytics history, Wallet use and external contact workflow. Publishing a polished page set does not make QREasy a client-management, scheduling or payment system. Any such service must remain the firm’s own external process.
