Choose between a free one-page site and the premium template
Begin by matching the structure to the customer journey. QREasy Free includes one small website with up to one page. That can work when the priority is a concise introduction, ordinary text about services or past work, a photo gallery, and direct contact links. The Personal trainer website template preview instead presents a three-page premium template for explaining coaching, programmes, and next steps. Compare it with other formats in the website template library before choosing.
The Personal trainer template requires Lite SME or Business to use. This template requirement is separate from Wallet functionality: a business can create a contact Wallet card on Free without gaining access to the premium template. Treat the three pages as an editorial opportunity, not as a promise of booking, payment, scheduling, or client management.
- Free route: one website, one page, basic service information, a gallery, and contact details.
- Premium route: three template pages for a fuller explanation of coaching, programmes, and next steps.
- Plan check: select Lite SME or Business before publishing the Personal trainer template.
Personalize the three pages with supported sections
A useful page plan is to dedicate page one to the trainer’s coaching focus and the client’s starting point; page two to programmes, process, and relevant experience; page three to practical next steps and contact routes. This is a suggested structure, not a description of QREasy’s default content. Use real, relevant photographs and factual descriptions. Sample content shown in template previews is fictional and must not be presented as testimonials, quantified outcomes, or guarantees.
Free websites support ordinary Text, Gallery, Contact, Links, Social, Save Contact, Products, Events, and Restaurant menu sections. Text can explain services and past work, while Gallery can display photos. That does not make premium service or profile layouts free. Premium blocks may be drafted before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them. Editorial layouts and image sliders also require a paid plan.
- Service-grid: compare clearly defined coaching offers without inventing outcomes.
- Profile or team-grid: introduce the trainer or team using factual biographies.
- Process: explain how an engagement typically proceeds.
- Additional paid blocks include service-grid, profile, team-grid, process, faq, publications, credibility-strip, locations, stats-strip, before-after, testimonials, technology-list, channels, downloads, music, video, cta, image, and premium-gallery; these require Lite SME or Business to publish, so use only relevant, supportable content.
Make contact and booking routes clear
Contact paths should match what the business actually operates. QREasy websites do not provide a verified native customer contact form or enquiry submission inbox. A phone number, email address, WhatsApp link, or booking button can open the relevant external channel. If you already use a separate form provider, link to it and describe it as an external service rather than a QREasy form.
A message through WhatsApp or email is not itself a confirmed reservation. An external booking provider may confirm appointments under its own rules, so explain where confirmation comes from. QREasy does not add native appointment scheduling, calendar availability, inventory, automated confirmations, ordering, checkout, payment processing, or a property CRM. You may still provide these services independently through your own processes.
- Use Contact for phone, email, and other supported contact details.
- Use Links for a booking provider, WhatsApp, or another external service already used by the business.
- Write precise labels such as “Request a consultation” or “Continue to booking”; avoid promising confirmation unless the external provider actually supplies it.
Connect QR codes and Wallet cards
A QR code should fit the destination’s behavior. A static URL QR contains one fixed URL. If that address continues to serve a hosted website—or a PDF replaced at the same address—the code can stay unchanged when the content changes. A new static code is needed only when the encoded URL itself changes. A static URL QR is not the same as a QR that stores static vCard contact data.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted page does not by itself require a dynamic code. Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device, so test the final code in the places and devices relevant to the campaign. The QR code generators help you create the appropriate type.
QREasy also provides digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Free includes contact Wallet cards, which let recipients review and save contact details. Lite SME and Business include website-linked Wallet cards. Their QR encodes the website URL and opens it in the phone browser; it does not run a website inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link.
- Static URL QR: suitable when the URL stays fixed and only the content served at that address changes.
- Dynamic QR: useful when the managed redirect’s destination may change; plan limits apply.
- Wallet check: contact cards are free, while cards linked to a website require Lite SME or Business.
Compare plans, publish, and verify
Choose the plan from the capacity you need, not from the template alone. The QREasy plans and pricing page lists the website, page, QR, and analytics allowances. Remember that Personal trainer access itself requires Lite SME or Business, even if no website-linked Wallet card is created.
After editing, publish the hosted site and test it on a phone and computer with an internet connection. The same website address can display later updates, so there is no need to rebuild a stable QR whenever copy changes. Check every page for broken links, confirm that external contact destinations open correctly, and verify that the chosen QR reaches the intended address. More information about QREasy can help you review the workflow before launch.
