What the QREasy Artist template is
The QREasy Artist template is designed to share art, music and upcoming dates on one focused page. It gives creative professionals a simpler alternative to building a broad multipage site while still supporting text, images, links, contact details and section arrangement. You can preview the Artist website template before creating a website.
Use it when the main goal is to introduce your practice, show selected work, direct people to music or social channels, and keep them informed about future appearances. Its one-page format can also serve as a compact digital portfolio, a release campaign page, or a temporary hub for an exhibition. Sample artists and businesses in previews are fictional demonstrations, not endorsements or evidence of results.
Free building blocks and premium sections
Across Free websites, available section types include Restaurant menu, Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact and Events. For an artist, Gallery can hold photographs of your work, Text can explain services or past projects, Links can point to releases and profiles, and Events can present upcoming dates. The one-page framework does not mean every option is preloaded; review the editor and add the sections you want.
Premium section types require Lite SME or Business to publish. These include music, video, channels, downloads, CTA buttons, image blocks, premium galleries, service grids, FAQs, publications, credibility strips, locations, statistics strips, before-and-after sections, profiles, team grids, testimonials, process and technology lists. Editorial layouts and image sliders also require a paid plan. You may draft premium sections before upgrading, but cannot publish them on Free.
- Core portfolio: use Gallery for images and Text for context, services and previous work.
- Audience actions: use Links, Contact and Events to guide visitors toward useful next steps.
- Advanced presentation: confirm that a premium section can be published on your selected plan.
Personalize the page around the visitor journey
Start with the one-page structure, then edit the copy and arrange sections in the order your audience needs. A useful sequence is a short introduction, selected Gallery images, concise Text about the work, an Events section, and Contact or Links. For musicians, the same sequence can lead with a short introduction, a visual set, release links, upcoming dates and contact channels.
Free plans can still describe services and past work in ordinary Text sections and display photos in Gallery. If the visual direction changes, browse the website templates to compare other starting points, then check which section types your chosen plan can publish. Keep labels and links specific: name the release, exhibition or service, and make sure each external link opens the channel you actually want visitors to use.
Present dates and events without overpromising
Use Events to communicate the name, date and useful context of an upcoming appearance, then add a Link to the venue, organiser, ticket seller or registration page you already use. QREasy can present that information, but it does not natively schedule appointments, check availability, accept registrations, take orders, process payments or send automated confirmations. The page is an information and navigation layer, not an event-management system.
If the Contact section includes a phone, email or WhatsApp action, opening it starts the relevant external channel; it does not turn the message into a confirmed booking. QREasy does not provide a native website enquiry-form inbox. If your business already uses an external form or booking platform, add that provider’s link. The provider may manage registrations, availability and confirmations under its own rules and policies.
- Event details: use Events for the event name, date and concise supporting information, and put the venue address in a Text or Link section if needed.
- Registration or tickets: link to an external provider that your business already uses.
- Direct contact: a phone, email or WhatsApp action opens a channel but does not confirm a booking.
Publish, update and share the website
After reviewing the content, publish the website. QREasy hosts the editable site, and the same website address can continue to display revised content, so an updated project, corrected date or new link does not require a new page address. Visitors need internet access to open it. Keep a simple publishing checklist: confirm images, check every link, verify dates, and make sure the contact path works on the devices you expect visitors to use.
For promotion, choose a static URL QR when the destination should stay fixed. Its encoded URL does not change when the hosted content changes. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted page does not by itself require a dynamic QR. A static URL QR is different from a QR that stores contact data directly, and neither format guarantees scanning on every device. The QREasy QR code generators provide relevant starting points.
Wallet access follows a separate plan rule. Contact Wallet cards are included with Free, while linking a Wallet card to a website requires Lite SME or Business. The website-linked QR opens the site in the phone browser rather than running the site inside Wallet; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Review the background information about QREasy before choosing how to distribute the page.
Choose the plan that matches your goals
The Artist template itself starts with one page and is available on Free. The plan determines how many sites and pages you can publish, how many dynamic QRs you can use, how much analytics history is retained, and whether a Wallet card can link to your site. Premium sections also become publishable only on an eligible paid plan. Compare QREasy plans before adding more sites, pages or distribution formats.
