What the Real Estate Template Actually Contains
The premium template is designed to show properties and contact options. Its default structure contains three editable pages, and QREasy lets you arrange supported sections with text, images, services, contact details and links. It is a presentation layer, not a property database. Replace its demonstration material with accurate agency, team, portfolio and area information while keeping the structure under your control.
All sample businesses, people, properties and outcomes are fictional. They are not customer stories, listings supplied by QREasy or evidence of results, so treat them as placeholders for your own copy. If you start from the business-card template instead, it begins with Save Contact, Contact and Links, not a prebuilt property-services area; you can add ordinary Text and Gallery sections for a professional profile.
- Default real estate template: three editable pages.
- Supported sections include text, images, services, contact details and links.
- The premium template requires Lite SME or Business.
Structure the Three Pages
A useful editorial plan is to give the pages the roles Home, Properties or Services, and Contact. These are working labels, not fixed template names. On Home, explain who you serve and which property type, area or audience you cover. Use concise Text and Gallery sections for the introduction and selected properties. Free can publish Text and Gallery, but not premium sections such as Service Grid or Profile, and image sliders or editorial layouts are also paid-plan features.
On the second page, group services or individual properties into clear subsections. Describe each property with factual details, photographs and a route to enquire; QREasy does not maintain a live listing inventory for you. Add a relevant map or listing-service link if the business already uses one. For a new agent, the guide to building a real estate agent introduction page suggests a useful content structure.
Use the third page for telephone, email, social links and any WhatsApp or external enquiry route you choose. Make each label specific so visitors know what will happen. A separate enquiry form can be linked if the business already uses another provider, but it remains external. Replace every fictional name, property and image before publishing.
Explain Contact Routes and Their Limits
Where you add supported contact details and links, QREasy hands the visitor to the relevant external channel. A telephone action opens the phone application, an email action opens a new message, and a WhatsApp or external link opens that service. These are handoffs: a call, email or WhatsApp message is not itself a confirmed booking or reservation, although an external provider may confirm bookings under its own rules.
There is no verified native customer contact form or QREasy enquiry inbox, and no native appointment scheduling, calendar availability, automated confirmations, checkout, payment processing or property CRM. These limits do not prevent a business from offering scheduling or payments independently. Link to that separate process and describe it as an external service rather than a QREasy feature.
- Contact actions open the channel you specify.
- External forms remain separate-provider links.
- QREasy does not provide a native appointment system or property CRM.
Connect a Static or Dynamic QR Code
For most campaigns, a static URL QR code is enough. It encodes one fixed URL, but content served at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. Update a property description, image or contact page while keeping the same QR. A hosted QREasy website does not require a dynamic QR merely because its content will be edited later.
Use a dynamic QR when you need a managed redirect and may change the destination itself, subject to plan limits. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device, so test representative phones and retain a plain link as fallback. The QREasy QR code generators offer the appropriate tool for the chosen destination.
A website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business. Its QR encodes the website URL, so scanning opens the site in the phone browser, not inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Scanning does not require a prior card-review step, although recipients can review and save contact details through supported Wallet journeys.
Compare Free, Lite SME and Business
The real estate template has its own requirement: Lite SME or Business, whether or not you create a Wallet card. This is separate from the rule for website-linked Wallet cards. Free includes a small website builder, but not this premium template or access to premium section types. Compare the current QREasy plans before combining template, QR and Wallet features.
The plan differences also cover websites, page limits, dynamic QR allowances, static QR allowances, Wallet access and retained analytics history. Lite SME fits the three-page template; Business provides more capacity for multiple sites and pages. Free remains useful for a basic one-page website with ordinary sections.
- Free: one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR and unlimited static QR codes, seven days of analytics history, and contact Wallet cards. Price: EUR 0.00 monthly or annually. Website-linked Wallet cards require a paid plan.
- Lite SME: three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards. Price: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually.
- Business: 33 websites with up to ten pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards. Price: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually.
Preview, Publish and Test
Before publishing, preview the real estate website template, then create your own copy. Check navigation across all three pages, add suitable alternative text for images, and test every contact and external link. Replace fictional demo content, remove unused sections and make the page order lead naturally from property interest to enquiry.
Published websites need internet access, and updated content can appear at the same address. Scan the final QR on more than one phone and confirm it reaches the correct page. Keep the direct URL in email signatures, printed material or internal notes as a fallback. For a first release, use three pages, one primary contact route, a small gallery and one QR placement.
If you use a listing platform, scheduling service or external enquiry form, link it deliberately and label the handoff. Explore other website templates later if the layout no longer fits. The finished site should explain the next step without implying that QREasy manages the wider customer journey.
