Questions and answers

Is the email sent automatically?

No. Scanning opens the person’s email app with the address, subject and text filled in. They can edit the message and decide whether to send it.

Does it work with every email app?

The code uses the standard mailto format, which phones pass to their default email app. Test it with the phones your audience uses.

Can I see how often it is scanned?

Dynamic email codes from your account record scans: the Free plan shows 7 days of history, Lite SME and Business 90 days. Static email codes do not report scans.
