1. What the Beauty & Aesthetics Template Includes
The Beauty & Aesthetics website template provides a four-page structure for explaining treatments and directing visitors toward booking. Treat the preview as a multi-page template, not a one-page site, and use its pages as an editable starting point. If you are comparing options, the website templates collection shows where this beauty-focused structure sits among the other available formats.
The sample businesses and content in the template are fictional demonstrations, not testimonials or results. Replace names, treatments, photographs and contact details with information that accurately represents your own service. An independent consultant can still use the framework to present a professional background, selected work and practical booking guidance without inventing a physical salon or client outcomes.
- Map the visitor journey: what you offer, examples of your work, who you are and how to enquire.
- Replace every demonstration detail before sharing the site publicly.
2. Choose the Right Plan and Website Sections
The Beauty & Aesthetics template requires Lite SME or Business to use. You do not need to create a Wallet card to access it, and the paid-plan requirement comes from the template itself, not from Wallet functionality. On the QREasy plans page, Lite SME is listed at EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually, while Business is listed at EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually.
Lite SME allows up to four pages per website, matching the template’s default, while Business allows up to ten. Free allows one website with up to one page. It can describe services and past work through ordinary Text sections and display photographs in Gallery, but it cannot publish this four-page premium template. Premium Service Grid, Profile and image sections, editorial layouts and image sliders also require Lite SME or Business to publish.
Premium sections may be drafted before upgrading, but they cannot be published on Free. Use ordinary Text for a clear treatment list and Gallery for a portfolio; consider Service Grid or Profile when your plan supports them and the structure genuinely helps visitors. Start with the information people need, then add richer blocks only when they improve the page.
- Check that every section you added can be published on your chosen plan.
- Do not treat a drafted premium block as live content until the paid plan is active.
3. Build Pages for Treatments and Past Work
Start with a simple page map. You might use one page for your introduction and specialist background, one for treatments and practical details, one for a gallery of past work, and one for contact and booking links. These are suggested content roles, not a claim that those sections are preloaded. Open the editor, add only the supported sections you need and arrange them so visitors can move from treatment to examples to enquiry.
Add concise text, images, service details, contact information and links through the website builder. A plain treatment description can live in Text, while photographs can sit in Gallery; a Service Grid, richer Profile or editorial image treatment may need a paid section. Check every item against your plan before relying on it. Publish the pages, then reuse the same website address whenever copy, images or contact details change.
- Include treatment names and practical notes only when you can keep them accurate.
- Use a deliberate gallery order and avoid repeating the same image across unrelated sections.
4. Connect Enquiries and Booking Links
Beauty templates support phone, email, WhatsApp and external booking links for enquiries. A tap opens the relevant external channel, such as a phone application, email application, WhatsApp or a separate booking provider’s page. Explain the action beside each link—for example, call to ask about a treatment or send an availability question. An enquiry sent through one of these channels is not automatically a confirmed reservation.
QREasy does not provide a native enquiry inbox, customer contact form, appointment calendar, availability system or reservation-confirmation workflow. If you already use an external booking service, link to it and describe what that provider does. The provider may confirm bookings under its own rules; QREasy does not determine its functionality. If you handle scheduling, payments or other services through separate business systems, keep those arrangements clear without presenting them as native QREasy features.
- Label each link with its action: Call, Email, WhatsApp or Book externally.
- Test every link on a phone before publication.
- If you link to a form hosted elsewhere, describe it as an external provider’s form, not a QREasy inbox.
5. Use QR Codes and Website-linked Wallet Cards
A website QR code is a route to your published site. Scanning it opens the website in the phone browser; it does not run inside a Wallet. Website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business, but a browser QR does not require a Wallet card. Use the QREasy QR code generators to create the appropriate route, then test it on the devices and apps your customers use. Neither QR format guarantees scanning on every device.
For a hosted website, a static URL QR contains a fixed URL, while the content served at that same address can change without changing or reprinting the code. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Editing a QREasy-hosted page does not by itself require a dynamic QR. Static URL QR and embedded static vCard contact data are different formats, so select by destination rather than by label.
- Static URL QR: keep it when the address stays the same and page content changes.
- Dynamic QR: use it when the managed redirect destination may need to change.
- Changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR code.
6. Pre-publish and Maintenance Checklist
Before publishing, treat the site as a customer journey rather than a finished design. Check every page on a phone and over an internet connection, because website access needs internet. Confirm that treatment wording is understandable, images represent your work accurately, contact details are current and each external action reaches the intended person or provider.
Also verify that every premium section is available on the current plan and that each draft you want visible is actually published. Open the final URL in a private browser window and test phone, email, WhatsApp and booking links. After launch, update the existing website address when services, prices, images or availability change; a new address is not needed merely to revise ordinary page content.
- Review names, phone numbers, email addresses and business details.
- Test all external links and their labels.
- Check images for clarity, relevance and consistency.
- Confirm plan access and publish every intended draft.
