The creator template at a glance
The Creator template is built for bringing content and favourite links together. Its default format contains one page, which makes it useful for an artist, photographer, consultant, instructor, or small creative business that wants a clear home base rather than a sprawling portfolio. You can edit the wording, imagery, and links, and arrange supported sections to match the path you want visitors to take.
The preview uses fictional sample businesses and content, not testimonials or results. Check the current preview to see exactly which blocks are included by default. Template defaults differ by design: the business-card template starts with Save Contact, Contact, and Links rather than a prebuilt services area, while the Event template starts with Text, Links, and Contact. A services area elsewhere appears only when its template includes it or you add it.
For a first version, prioritise one clear audience, a short introduction, your strongest work, and a simple next step. You can refine the order after seeing which information visitors need first. Useful Free section types include:
- Text: a biography, offer, services, or past work
- Gallery: photographs or project images
- Links: playlists, profiles, shops, booking pages, or other destinations
- Contact and Save Contact: contact and contact-saving blocks
- Products, Events, Social, and Restaurant menu: optional blocks where relevant
Use free blocks carefully and plan premium sections
On Free, ordinary Text sections can carry a short biography, service descriptions, and examples of past work, while Gallery can present photographs. That is enough for a compact professional overview, but do not confuse those free blocks with premium Service Grid, Profile, or Editorial Image blocks.
Premium section types require Lite SME or Business to publish. You may draft them before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them. The paid types cover a broad range of presentation needs:
Plan contact details carefully. QREasy websites do not include a verified native customer contact form or enquiry-submission inbox. You can add phone, email, WhatsApp, or an external booking link. If your business already uses a separate form or booking provider, you may link to it; that provider follows its own rules. An enquiry channel is not by itself a confirmed reservation.
- Media and action blocks: music, video, channels, downloads, call-to-action, and image
- Showcase blocks: premium gallery, service grid, FAQ, publications, credibility strip, locations, and statistics strip
- Proof and people blocks: before-and-after, profile, team grid, testimonials, process, and technology list
- Editorial layouts and image sliders
Adjust and publish the website in QREasy
Editing starts with the Creator template. Replace the fictional demonstration material, choose the supported sections you need, add text and images, and arrange the page so the most relevant content appears first. QREasy hosts the editable small website, and your contact details, favourite links, and service descriptions can sit together without a separate site for each purpose.
Publishing makes the site available at its website address. The same address can show updated content after an edit, so you do not need to create a new link for every text or image change. Website access requires an internet connection. Premium sections remain blocked from publication on Free even if they have already been drafted.
Before launch, check the complete journey rather than only the top of the page. Visitors should be able to understand the offer, see relevant work, and reach a useful next step without searching through unrelated material.
- Replace the fictional sample copy with a short introduction and one clear offer
- Choose an image order that puts your strongest work first without making the page heavy
- Give every link a descriptive label and confirm that it opens the intended destination
- Test the published page on a phone and a desktop with internet access
- Publish, then revisit the same address whenever a text, image, or link changes
Connect QR codes and Wallet cards correctly
A QR code can serve as a doorway to the published site. Use the QREasy QR code generators to choose the appropriate type. A static URL QR contains a fixed destination URL. If you later replace the images, text, or products at that same hosted address, the QR can keep working without reprinting. Only a change to the encoded URL requires a new static QR. It is not the same as embedding static vCard data.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to plan limits. You do not need one simply because you edit a hosted website; its address stays the same. Neither QR type guarantees that every device will scan it, so test the code with the cameras and links your audience actually uses before printing or sharing it.
Wallet cards have a separate access rule. Contact Wallet cards are included with the Free plan, while a Wallet card linked to a website requires Lite SME or Business. Its QR encodes the website address, and scanning opens the site in the phone browser rather than running the site inside Wallet. Google Wallet also provides a Visit Page link, so check both the card and the direct QR journey.
Choose the right QREasy plan and launch
The Creator template fits within the Free allowance. If you need premium sections, a website-linked Wallet card, more websites or pages, longer analytics history, or more dynamic QR codes, compare the QREasy plans before upgrading.
Use Free for a focused one-page site with supported free blocks. Choose Lite SME or Business when a premium block, a website-linked Wallet card, additional pages or sites, longer analytics, or a higher dynamic-QR allowance is part of the plan. Unlimited static QR codes still point to one fixed address, so the page published at that address must stay live and up to date.
If one page does not fit the project, browse the QREasy website templates for another starting point. For background on the platform and its business-card and QR tools, read the information about QREasy. Then preview the Creator layout, replace the demonstration content, and publish when the visitor path feels clear.
