Start with the Right Website Structure
QREasy’s website builder creates a hosted, editable small website. You choose a template, add and arrange supported sections containing text, images, service information, contact details, and links, then publish it. The published site needs an internet connection, and the same website address can display later content updates. This workflow keeps the page structure separate from the words and images you enter.
The Services website template preview shows the intended path: explain the offer, then make contact easy. Its default site contains one page. Preview content and sample businesses are fictional demonstrations rather than customer results, so treat them as placeholders. Before editing, inventory your services, representative work, contact methods, and any booking provider you already use.
QREasy also offers other website templates, but each template can have different starting content. For example, the business-card template starts with Save Contact, Contact, and Links rather than a prebuilt services area. The Event template starts with Text, Links, and Contact rather than a dedicated scheduling or registration system. Review what is present before assuming another section is included.
Build the Page in a Practical Order
Begin with the Services template and remove sample copy that does not describe your business. Use clear headings that name each service, followed by short explanations of the problem you solve and who it is for. Keep the first page focused on the next action you want a visitor to take. A visitor should be able to understand the offer before being asked to make contact.
Next, add visual evidence without allowing decoration to hide the offer. Free website section types include Gallery, Text, Links, Contact, Social, Save Contact, Events, Products, and Restaurant menu. A consultant can use Text for a profile and service descriptions, Gallery for photographs of completed work, and Links or Contact for direct routes. Replace all fictional sample content before publication.
- Service descriptions: use an ordinary Text section on Free; the premium Service Grid needs Lite SME or Business to publish.
- Portfolio images: use Gallery on Free; premium-gallery, editorial layouts, and image sliders require a paid plan.
- Credibility: publish names, roles, and relevant experience in text; Profile, team-grid, testimonials, and credibility-strip blocks are premium.
- Detailed questions: an FAQ section can be drafted on Free, but it cannot be published there.
- Other premium blocks: video, channels, downloads, CTA, image, publications, locations, stats, before-after, process, technology-list, and music sections require a paid plan to publish.
Connect Visitors to a Real Enquiry Channel
Use the enquiry route that matches how the business actually communicates. Depending on the template and added sections, options can include a phone call, an email address, WhatsApp, or an external booking link. Restaurant and beauty templates use these external channels. Each action opens the relevant app or service, so test the link on a phone before publishing and avoid sending visitors to a channel the business does not monitor.
QREasy does not include a native customer contact form or enquiry-submission inbox, so do not treat a form as a QREasy website feature. If the business already uses a separate provider, its form may be included as an external link under that provider’s rules. A business may also offer scheduling, payment, or other services through independent processes. An external booking provider may confirm reservations under its own rules, but QREasy does not determine that functionality. A phone, email, or WhatsApp enquiry is not automatically a confirmed reservation.
Keep the primary route visible near the offer and repeat it after the project examples, using wording that tells visitors what will happen. A label such as Request a consultation is more useful than a generic contact heading when the channel opens an email or WhatsApp conversation. Keep opening hours, service area, and response expectations accurate, because QREasy connects visitors to channels rather than managing those operations.
Publish, Update, and Check the Result
Preview the page at mobile and desktop sizes, then check every image, heading, link, and contact action. Publish only after the fictional demonstration text has been replaced. After publication, open the website from an ordinary browser on another device. This confirms that the address is reachable and that the visitor journey works without relying on the editor preview.
Edits do not require a new address. When you change the wording, replace a photograph, or update a service description, publish the revised section and the same website address can show the updated content. Review the whole page after each substantial change, especially links that depend on an external provider. For more background on the builder, see the information about QREasy.
Treat publishing as a repeatable maintenance task rather than a one-time event. Set a regular reminder to check contact details, availability information, and external links. The website is a business-facing page, so stale contact information can undo otherwise clear communication. Make each revision with a specific visitor goal in mind: explain a service, strengthen proof, or make the next action easier.
Share the Website with Static or Dynamic QR Codes
The QREasy QR code generators can create a QR destination for the published website. A static URL QR encodes one fixed URL. The content served at that address can later change without changing or reprinting the code, including a hosted webpage whose text and images are updated. Therefore, a hosted website does not require a dynamic QR merely because its content will be edited.
Use a dynamic QR when you need a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to the limits of the selected plan. Changing the URL encoded in a static QR requires a new static code. Do not confuse a static URL QR with embedded static vCard data. Also, do not promise that every device will scan every code; test the final placement and the intended audience’s devices.
When a website-linked Wallet card is scanned, the QR opens the website through the phone browser; the site does not run inside Wallet. Website-linked Wallet cards are part of Lite SME and Business. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Contact Wallet cards are different: their supported journey lets recipients review and save contact details, so use them for contact sharing rather than presenting them as a full website.
Choose Free, Lite SME, or Business
The QREasy plans determine publishing limits, QR capacity, analytics history, and Wallet-card access. Free includes the first one-page website, ordinary free sections, Contact Wallet cards, one dynamic QR, and unlimited static QR codes. Premium section types may be drafted, but they cannot be published on Free. A website-linked Wallet card is the key Wallet distinction: it requires Lite SME or Business.
