What Is a Business-Card Website Template?
Unlike a contact-only card, a business-card website can carry short descriptions, images, service information, and links in a browsable format. The visitor can read first, then save a contact, call, message, or follow a relevant link. This makes the page useful for both quick identification and a little more evaluation.
QREasy hosts editable small websites. Users choose a template, add and arrange supported sections, then publish. A hosted page needs an internet connection, and the same address can show updated content later. If another layout better matches your activity, compare the available website templates before editing.
The Business Card template itself contains one page and is available on Free. The Business Card template is a one-page template. Paid plans raise the maximum pages per website (up to 4 on Lite SME, up to 10 on Business), but the template itself contains only one page.
The QREasy Business Card Template at a Glance
The template’s initial structure is deliberately compact. Save Contact provides a contact-saving action, Contact presents contact details, and Links gives space for relevant destinations. No dedicated services area is prebuilt, so you need to add a Text section to describe services.
Use the initial structure to answer three immediate questions: who is behind the card, how can the visitor make contact, and where should they go next? Then add a concise description of the offer, selected proof, or a direct booking link only if those actions are part of your own business process.
- Format: one page; available on Free.
- Defaults: Save Contact, Contact, and Links.
- Content: arrange supported text, images, descriptions, contact details, and links.
- Publishing: update the same hosted address after changes.
Which Sections Should You Add to Present Your Activity?
Free websites support Restaurant menu, Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact, and Events. For a consultant, Text sections can describe services, process, or past work, while Gallery can show photos. For a retailer or hospitality business, Products or Restaurant menu may offer a more direct starting point.
Premium section types require Lite SME or Business to publish. They include music, video, channels, downloads, call-to-action, image, premium gallery, Service Grid, FAQ, publications, credibility strip, locations, stats strip, before-and-after, profile, team grid, testimonials, process, and technology list. Editorial layouts and image sliders are also paid features.
Premium sections can be drafted before upgrading, but cannot be published on Free. A named block is not automatically free. Business Card starts with Save Contact, Contact, and Links; Text and Gallery are additions.
- Text: introduce the offer and the visitor’s next step.
- Gallery: show selected work, products, or surroundings.
- Links: point to a portfolio, booking page, menu, or social profile.
- Contact: emphasize the enquiry channels you actually monitor.
- Products or Events: add them only when they match the business.
How Do You Connect the Site to a Wallet Card?
QREasy provides digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Supported Wallet journeys let recipients review and save contact details or open a QREasy website. Choose by intended action: saving a contact and opening a page are related, but they are not the same journey.
Wallet linking has an important plan condition. Contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website are free, but a website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business. The comparison of contact details and website QR options helps frame that distinction before you create the card.
- Create and publish the hosted website first.
- Use an eligible Wallet card option linked to that website address.
- The card’s QR code encodes the website URL.
- Scanning opens the site through the phone browser, not inside Wallet.
- Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link.
Hosted Website, Static QR, or Dynamic QR: Which to Choose?
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL. Content at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code, including a hosted page or a PDF replaced at the same URL. Only changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR. This differs from a QR that embeds static vCard data.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted page does not require a dynamic QR. QREasy offers QR code generators, but the important choice is whether you need a stable URL or a changeable destination.
Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device. Test the final destination on devices your audience uses, and keep the URL stable if a printed QR must remain valid.
- Stable website address: a static URL QR is enough because page content can change.
- Changeable campaign destination: a dynamic QR can redirect elsewhere within plan limits.
- Replaceable PDF at one address: a static URL QR can stay unchanged when the file is replaced.
- Different goals: decide whether the QR should save contact data or open a website.
Contact, Appointments, and Plans: What to Verify
Restaurant and beauty templates use phone, email, WhatsApp, or external booking links for enquiries. These open the relevant external channel. QREasy has no verified native contact form or enquiry inbox. A form can be linked only as a separate provider you already use, not presented as a built-in QREasy feature.
An external booking provider may confirm reservations under its own rules; a phone, email, or WhatsApp enquiry is not itself a confirmed reservation. QREasy does not natively provide appointment scheduling, calendar availability, inventory, automated confirmations, ordering, checkout, payment processing, or a CRM. Consultants may offer such services independently.
Compare the QREasy plans and pricing with the number of pages, sites, QR destinations, and Wallet features you genuinely need. Check any external booking or payment service separately, since its rules and capabilities are outside the website builder.
