Start with the one-page Creator template
Open the Creator website template preview. Creator contains one page and is available on Free. Use it as a compact portfolio, profile, or service page rather than a multi-page site. The sample businesses, images, copy, and links are fictional demonstrations, not testimonials, results, or templates you must retain.
When you are ready, choose Creator in the website creation flow and enter its editor. The page is editable, so you can remove sample material, add supported sections, and arrange them in a reading order that suits your offer. For a different visual starting point, browse the other website templates and return to Creator when you want a single-page structure.
- Open the Creator preview, then select the template in the website creation flow.
- Replace every fictional sample business, photograph, service description, and link.
- Keep the first version focused on one audience, one main offer, and a clear next action.
Edit, arrange, and publish your content
In the editor, use ordinary Text sections for your introduction, biography, service descriptions, project summaries, and explanations. You can place those blocks in the order visitors should read them. Use Links to point to relevant destinations, such as your own booking page, portfolio resource, social profile, or contact channel; the destination opens as a separate link.
Add a Gallery for photographs of your work, premises, products, or process. A service description can remain ordinary text on Free, even if it looks like a simple list. To add a structured premium Service Grid, editorial image treatment, or image slider, switch to a paid plan before publishing. Drafting a premium block does not make it publishable on Free.
When the page is ready, publish it and record the resulting website address. Later edits to text, images, links, or contact details can appear at that same address, so a printed QR does not need replacing merely because the page content changed. For a more detailed editing sequence, use the practical Creator guide before you publish.
- Write a short opening text that identifies your audience, offer, and next step.
- Add one Gallery, then label each image with concise, factual context.
- Create clear Links for contact, booking, work samples, and supporting information.
- Preview on a phone, publish, and keep the final URL for printed materials.
Understand Free and paid sections
On Free, publishable section types include Restaurant menu, Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact, and Events. Ordinary Text can describe services and past work, while Gallery can display photographs. That freedom does not include every block that resembles a polished portfolio layout.
Premium blocks may be drafted before upgrading, but cannot be published on Free. Compare the QREasy plans before choosing the appropriate limits. Free is listed at EUR 0.00 monthly or annually; Lite SME at EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually; Business at EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually. Check the pricing page for the current terms before purchase.
- Premium content blocks: music, video, channels, downloads, cta, image, premium-gallery, faq, publications, credibility-strip, and locations.
- Premium presentation blocks: stats-strip, before-after, profile, team-grid, testimonials, process, technology-list, service-grid, editorial layouts, and image sliders — all require Lite SME or Business to publish.
- Free: one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR, unlimited static QR codes, seven days of analytics history, and Contact Wallet cards.
- Lite SME: three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards.
- Business: 33 websites with up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards.
Choose a static or dynamic QR code
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL. If the content served at that URL changes, the code still points to the same destination, so a hosted webpage or a PDF can be replaced without reprinting. Only changing the encoded URL requires a new static code. This is different from a static code containing embedded static vCard contact data.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, allowing its destination to change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. The available dynamic-code counts are one on Free, 50 on Lite SME, and 357 on Business. A hosted QREasy website does not require a dynamic QR merely because you will edit its content, and neither format guarantees scanning on every device.
Use the QR code generators to create the code for your chosen destination, test it with the devices and printed format you expect to use, and record whether the stored URL or redirect should change later. The decision should follow the destination behavior you need, not the amount of content planned for the page.
- Choose static URL when the printed code should always lead to one fixed address.
- Choose dynamic redirect when the destination must be switched centrally later.
- Keep the URL unchanged when you only need to replace the content hosted there.
- Do not confuse a URL QR with a QR that embeds static vCard details.
Connect Wallet cards, contact details, and bookings
QREasy provides digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A Contact Wallet card is included with Free and lets recipients review and save contact details. A website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business. Its QR encodes the website URL, so scanning it opens that site in the phone browser rather than running the site inside Wallet.
Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link, and the supported Wallet journeys can open a QREasy website without a mandatory card-review step. A website-linked card and a Contact Wallet card therefore serve different purposes: one provides a saved contact record, while the other opens the published page as its destination.
For contact and booking needs, use the relevant external channel. Restaurant and beauty templates can link to phone, email, WhatsApp, or an external booking service. QREasy has no verified native contact form, enquiry inbox, appointment scheduler, or reservation system. A message sent by phone, email, or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. An external provider may confirm reservations under its own rules, so the page should not promise confirmation that QREasy does not manage.
- Add an external booking link only for a provider the business already uses; that provider controls confirmation and its own rules.
- Use Contact or Links sections for phone, email, and WhatsApp routes, and label what each action will do.
- The Event template starts with editable Text, Links, and Contact, not a dedicated registration or scheduling system.
