Choose the Dentist Template and the Right Plan
Begin with the Dentist website template preview, which shows the intended presentation style and four-page starting point. Check the actual preview rather than assuming every section visible in a demonstration belongs to your editable build. The template introduces a team and treatments, while the final wording, photographs and links remain your practice’s responsibility.
Next, compare QREasy plans. The Dentist template requires Lite SME or Business independently of whether you create a Wallet card. Lite SME supports up to four pages per website, matching the template’s four-page default; Business supports up to ten pages if you later need more room. Free supports a one-page website, but it cannot publish this premium template.
Make the template decision before writing every page. If a practice only needs a single public page, review the available free sections in the templates library and consider a one-page construction instead. If the goal is a dedicated presentation site for the clinic, the Dentist template is the relevant starting point.
Prepare the Clinic Content Before Building
Start with an editable content inventory rather than uploading material in a random order. Create a working list for the clinic introduction, each treatment you want to explain, each team member’s role, practice photographs, address, phone number, email, opening information and the exact external link patients should use for enquiries or bookings. Use current information and have the clinical team approve treatment descriptions.
Write each treatment as a plain-language content entry that states the topic, the practice’s role and the first contact patients can use to ask for more information. Use wording approved by the clinical team and keep the page to general service descriptions. For team profiles, record a person’s name, role and short professional background rather than writing a résumé. Select clear, recent images of the team, reception area and treatment spaces, subject to patient privacy and your internal consent rules.
Prepare contact destinations before building the site. Decide whether patients should call, send an email, open WhatsApp or continue to a booking provider already used by the practice. If a separate online form is required, note its exact address as an external link; it will not become a native QREasy enquiry form. Keeping these details in one source list reduces broken links and inconsistent wording.
Compose the Four Pages with the Right Sections
Treat the four default pages as four editorial roles rather than assuming QREasy supplies named starter pages. A practical content map is:
- Home — Introduce the practice, summarize its overall services and direct visitors toward treatment, team and contact information.
- Treatments — Group related care topics into readable sections, explain them in ordinary Text and use Gallery for representative images.
- Team — Present each practitioner’s name, role and background with enough detail to help visitors understand who works at the practice.
- Contact — Display verified contact details and add Links for telephone, email, WhatsApp or an external booking destination.
Publish the Site and Connect a QR Code
Before publishing, work through every page in preview mode. Check spelling, names, contact details, image choices and each link. Test telephone, email, WhatsApp and booking links on the devices patients are likely to use, correct anything unclear, then publish and note the final address. After publication, return to the builder, update the relevant section and publish again; the same address can show revised content.
For a QR that opens this website, use the QR code generators to create a code for the final URL. A static URL QR contains a fixed address, while the hosted page at that address can change. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination may be changed within plan limits. You do not need a dynamic QR merely because you plan to edit the hosted site.
Test the QR on more than one phone and in the conditions where it will be used, but do not promise that every device will scan it. If the QR should later lead somewhere other than the current website address, that is a destination change: a static URL code would need to be replaced, while a dynamic code can be redirected according to its plan limits.
Explain Enquiries and Bookings Without Overpromising
Contact and Links are presentation and navigation tools, not a native appointment system. A Contact section can display the practice’s details, and a Links section can open a telephone app, email client, WhatsApp or external booking page. None of those actions, by itself, creates a confirmed reservation or sends an enquiry into a QREasy inbox.
QREasy’s website functionality does not provide native appointment scheduling, availability management, automated confirmations, payment processing, ordering or a property CRM. If the practice already uses a separate booking or form provider, link to that service and explain any patient instructions on the page. The provider may confirm bookings under its own rules; its functionality is not created by QREasy.
Keep the wording precise. Write Book an appointment externally when the link opens a third-party booking service, and Contact the practice for general enquiries when the action only opens a call or message. Do not imply that a call, email or WhatsApp message has reserved a slot unless the practice’s own external process confirms it. Also do not imply that the website accepts payment.
