What the Business Card website template includes
The Business Card website template starts with one page built around three sections: Save Contact, Contact and Links. Save Contact gives visitors a direct way to save the listed contact details. Contact presents the practical channels, while Links provides a place for selected resources such as social profiles, menus, booking pages or other destinations chosen by the business.
It solves a common problem: a QR that opens a saved digital contact record may help someone store a phone number, but it provides no room to explain a service, show recent work or link to more information. A one-page website can present those details while keeping the overall experience short. Visitors open it in a browser, so internet access is needed.
Business Card is available on Free and includes one page. The sample businesses and content are fictional demonstrations, not customer examples or promised results. Its starting point is not a ready-made services area; the owner decides what to add next.
How to edit and extend the page
Open the editor, replace the sample business information with the real name, phone number, email and links, then review how the page appears on a phone. Keep the first version focused on the next action you want a visitor to take. For a consultant, ordinary Text sections can describe the offer, and a Gallery can show past work without turning the page into a full portfolio.
Free section types include Text, Gallery, Products, Links, Contact, Social, Save Contact, Events and Restaurant menu. Not every block is included in Free. Music, video, channels, downloads, call-to-action, image, premium gallery, service grid, FAQ, publications, credibility strip, locations, statistics strip, before-and-after, profile, team grid, testimonials, process and technology list are premium. Editorial layouts and image sliders also require Lite SME or Business. Premium sections can be drafted before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them.
Because the default Business Card page contains no services area, add only the blocks that help. A restaurant can add a menu, a shop can add products, and a professional can explain services in Text and illustrate them in Gallery. Compare the website templates before publishing, then arrange the sections in an order that makes the contact action easy to find.
How to publish and share the website
After reviewing the content, publish the site. QREasy hosts the editable website and keeps the same website address, so later updates can appear there without changing the URL. Share the URL directly or place a QR code on a counter, card, brochure or display. Because the site opens in a browser, visitors need an internet connection.
For printed material, use the QREasy QR code generators to create the appropriate code for the published URL. A static URL QR encodes one fixed address, while a dynamic QR points through a managed redirect. Both can be useful, but they solve different update needs. Neither is guaranteed to scan on every device, so test the final placement and display size before distributing it widely.
Keep the published address and QR destination ready before printing. Open the page on a phone, check each phone, email, WhatsApp or external link, and confirm that scanning the code reaches the intended site. This final check is useful when the same material will be seen by many visitors.
Static URL QR or dynamic QR
Choose a static URL QR when the destination will remain stable and you want the final address encoded in the code. This is often simplest for signage or packaging. The hosted webpage can continue to show updated content at that same URL, or a PDF can be replaced at that same URL. If the encoded URL itself must change, replace and redistribute the static QR.
Choose a dynamic QR when a printed code needs a managed redirect. Its destination can change without reprinting the code, subject to the plan allowance. A hosted website does not need a dynamic QR merely because its content may change. Also, a static URL QR is not the same as embedded static vCard data: one opens a web destination, while the other carries contact details in the code itself.
- Static URL QR: the fixed URL is encoded directly, while updates at that URL do not alter the code.
- Dynamic QR: the code opens a managed redirect whose destination can change within plan limits.
- Direct website link: useful when visitors can tap the published URL instead of scanning a code.
Contact Wallet card or website-linked card
QREasy also supports digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A Contact Wallet card is centered on contact details: recipients can review them and save the card. A website-linked Wallet card is different. Its QR encodes the website URL, so scanning opens the published site in the phone browser; the site is not running inside Wallet. Google Wallet also provides a Visit Page link for that journey.
The guide to Google Wallet contact details versus a website QR expands on that choice. Contact Wallet cards are included with Free, as is the first one-page website. Linking a Wallet card to a website requires Lite SME or Business. Decide whether the goal is to save the details quickly or to send people to a page that can include text, images, products and links.
Plans, limits and enquiry channels
Review the QREasy plans before publishing a larger set of pages or premium sections. Free includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR, unlimited static QR codes and seven days of analytics history. Lite SME includes three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static codes and 90 days of history. Business includes 33 websites with up to ten pages each, 357 dynamic codes, unlimited static codes and 90 days of history.
Free is EUR 0.00 monthly or EUR 0.00 annually. Lite SME is EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually, while Business is EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually. Website-linked Wallet cards are included with Lite SME and Business, but not Free.
For enquiries, phone, email, WhatsApp and external booking links can open the relevant channel. Restaurant and beauty templates can direct customers to those external booking options, but QREasy does not provide a verified native customer contact form, enquiry inbox or appointment registration workflow. A business may connect to a separate provider it already uses, but that provider controls its own functions. A call, email or WhatsApp message does not by itself confirm a reservation.
