Choose the template and confirm eligibility
Open the template preview before creating anything. Confirm that it is a three-page template and note which sections are already included. The default design is intended to present coaching, programmes, and next steps. Organise the supplied content first, then add only the sections your offer genuinely needs.
The template requires Lite SME or Business. Lite SME permits up to three websites with up to four pages each; Business permits up to 33 websites with up to ten pages each. Free includes a first one-page website but cannot publish this premium template. Drafting a premium section does not make it publishable on Free.
- Review the three-page preview and record its starting sections.
- Select Lite SME or Business before publishing the template.
- Match the plan to your site and page needs, not only to Wallet use.
Plan the three-page client journey
Give each page a distinct role. Page one can position your coaching offer and intended audience. Page two can explain programmes, training methods, and relevant past work. Page three can answer practical questions and present the next step. This structure keeps the journey understandable without forcing every detail onto one screen.
Collect a concise coaching overview, the people or situations you work with, programme details, and the actions visitors should take. Add ordinary Text and Gallery sections for service descriptions and photographs. They differ from premium blocks such as Service Grid, Profile, and editorial image layouts, which need a paid plan to publish.
- Page 1: explain your focus, audience, and main call to action.
- Page 2: present programmes, methods, photographs, and relevant past work.
- Page 3: explain contact options and the expected next step.
Build useful coaching content
Write in clear headings and short paragraphs. State your coaching focus, intended clients, what a session or programme involves, and how someone starts. Describe qualifications, methods, and working style as factual information about your service, without promising results or making claims you cannot support.
Organise programmes by client goal rather than internal jargon. Explain format, duration, setting, and inclusions only where they reflect the real offer. Use a Gallery for photographs of people, places, equipment, or coaching activity, and use nearby Text sections to give the images context.
End with a specific next step: request an introductory conversation, send an enquiry, view an external booking page, or call during stated availability. A phone, email, or WhatsApp route starts a conversation; it is not automatically a confirmed reservation. An external provider handles booking confirmations under its own rules.
- Include the coaching focus, intended clients, and session format.
- Add programme details that reflect what you actually deliver.
- Use relevant scene photographs rather than decorative stock imagery.
- Give each major page one clear next step.
Add enquiry and booking routes
Use Contact and Links sections to make contact actions visible. Visitors can choose a phone number, email address, WhatsApp, or a separate booking service you already use. These actions open the relevant external channel. QREasy does not provide a native contact form, submission inbox, appointment calendar, automated confirmations, checkout, or payment processing.
Label each route accurately. Use “Request a consultation” for email or WhatsApp when no appointment is guaranteed. Use “Book a session” only when the linked provider handles reservations and applies its own confirmation process. If you offer scheduling, payment, or client management independently, describe those as your own services, not QREasy features.
Test every route on desktop and phone. Confirm that the number, address, and messaging destination are correct, and review any external booking page separately for availability and confirmation wording. A link to an external form means using a separate provider; it does not create a QREasy enquiry inbox.
- Phone: show the number and when you accept calls.
- Email: specify what information you want the visitor to include.
- WhatsApp: name the purpose of the message.
- External booking: explain the provider's confirmation process.
Publish, then connect QR codes and Wallet cards
Publish after checking spelling, image relevance, link destinations, and section order. QREasy hosts the editable website, and the same address can display updated content after an edit. Website access needs internet. Keeping one stable address also prevents ordinary content revisions from forcing changes to printed promotions.
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL. If content at that URL changes, the same QR can direct people to the revision without being reprinted. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect that can change destination within plan limits, but a hosted site does not require one merely to edit content. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device.
Choose the Wallet route based on the action. A contact Wallet card lets recipients review and save contact details. A website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business; its QR opens the QREasy site in the phone browser, not inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Use the QR code generators for the destination you need.
- Static URL QR: point printed material to one stable site address.
- Dynamic QR: choose it only for a useful managed redirect within plan limits.
- Contact Wallet card: prioritise saving contact details.
- Website-linked Wallet card: prioritise opening the published site.
Update the same URL and review performance
Treat the site as a maintained resource. When a programme, photograph, or contact detail changes, edit the relevant section and republish at the same address. Test the pages again, especially on mobile and on external links. Do not change a static QR's encoded URL unless you intend it to lead elsewhere.
Use the available analytics history as a review prompt. Free includes seven days; Lite SME and Business include 90 days. Review the reports provided by your plan, then improve the offer, imagery, or enquiry route as needed. Finally, ask someone unfamiliar with the site to identify the offer, distinguish the programmes, and find the next step; revise any point that causes hesitation. For background, read information about QREasy, or compare other website templates if this structure no longer fits.
- Review analytics within the history available on your plan.
- Retest every enquiry route after republishing.
- Keep the website URL stable during routine content edits.
- Revisit page order and calls to action after feedback.
