Choose the Eye-Care Template and the Right Plan
Begin with the Eye care website template preview. It shows a four-page template, not a one-page website. Review the page structure, section types, images, and navigation, then list the actual services, team, address, and contact links you want visitors to use. The template introduces specialist care and consultation options; its sample content and businesses are fictional, so replace every sample with verified information.
Next, compare the QREasy plans and, if needed, browse other website templates. The eye-care template requires Lite SME or Business; that requirement comes from the template being premium and is separate from whether you create a Wallet card. Free allows one website with up to one page, Lite SME allows three websites with up to four pages, and Business allows 33 websites with up to ten pages each.
- Confirm that the four-page structure fits the practice.
- Check which premium sections you actually intend to publish.
- Keep clinical claims, addresses, and contact details practice-verified.
- Choose a plan based on websites and pages, not on Wallet functionality alone.
Personalize the Four Pages
Use the four pages as a clear visitor journey. A practical content plan is an overview, services and team, patient information, and contact. Adapt the actual labels and order in the editor rather than assuming each recommended section is already present. QREasy lets you add and arrange supported sections containing text, images, service descriptions, contact details, and links.
On Free, ordinary Text sections can describe services and the team, while Gallery can display photographs. That does not include the premium Service Grid, Profile, Editorial Image, or image-slider layouts. With the premium eye-care template on Lite SME or Business, use structured blocks where they make the content easier to scan.
Write each page around one visitor task. Introduce the practice on the first page, group services and specialists on the second, explain consultation logistics on the third, and finish with verified contact options. Avoid guaranteed outcomes or statements that could make a service sound available without an individual clinical assessment.
- Page 1: overview, specialist focus, and a link to the primary contact channel.
- Page 2: services, team members, and relevant profile text.
- Page 3: practical visit information and links to approved resources.
- Page 4: address, phone, email, and external enquiry or booking links.
Add Premium Sections Only Where They Help
Lite SME and Business unlock premium section types such as Service Grid, Team Grid, Locations, FAQ, Process, Publications, Technology List, Credibility Strip, Stats Strip, and Testimonials. Use the block that matches the content rather than filling every available position. These sections can organize specialist profiles, services, addresses, educational publications, and common non-diagnostic questions.
Premium sections can be drafted before an upgrade, but they cannot be published on Free. After upgrading, review the draft, check that every item is accurate, and publish it as part of the relevant page. Never use fictional ratings, patient counts, outcomes, testimonials, technologies, or credentials merely to make the layout look complete.
- Team Grid: named specialists and verified role information.
- Service Grid: concise service categories with links to details.
- Locations: accurate practice addresses and supported location details.
- FAQ: practical questions about access, documents, and the enquiry process.
Publish, Update, and Share the Site
Before publishing, review every page on narrow and wide screens. Check text wrapping, image crops, navigation, contact details, and each external link. Test links on the devices staff expect visitors to use. Once the pages are ready, publish the hosted website and record its address as the stable destination for cards and printed materials.
Content changes do not require a new site address. Return to the editor, revise the relevant text, image, service, or contact section, and publish the update at the same URL. Visitors need internet access to use the hosted site. This makes routine corrections straightforward, but publication should follow a final check rather than rely on immediate edits being visible.
For distribution, open the QREasy QR code generators and choose the type based on destination behavior. A static URL QR contains a fixed URL; content served at that URL may change without reprinting, so editing a hosted site does not require a dynamic QR. If the encoded URL itself changes, create a new static QR. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change within plan limits. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device, so test before printing.
Wallet offers a separate access route. QREasy provides digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet that let recipients review and save contact details or open a QREasy website. Contact cards are included on Free; website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business. Their QR opens the website in the phone browser, not as a website running inside Wallet; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. See information about QREasy for platform context.
- Free includes one dynamic QR; Lite SME includes 50; Business includes 357.
- Static QR codes are unlimited on all three plans.
- Website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business.
- Test both the QR journey and Wallet journey on target phones.
Handle Enquiries and Bookings Through External Channels
QREasy websites do not provide a verified native customer contact form or enquiry submission inbox. For questions, publish the practice phone number, email address, WhatsApp link, or a link to a separate form provider already used by the practice, where the editor supports the relevant link. These actions open an external channel; explain where the message goes and who monitors it.
Appointments and reservations are also external workflows. If the practice uses an online booking provider, add its link and describe it as an external booking service. That provider may confirm reservations under its own rules, but QREasy does not determine its functionality. The platform does not supply native appointment scheduling, calendar availability, automated confirmations, checkout, payment processing, inventory, or a property CRM. If your business offers these services independently, describe them as practice or provider services.
- State that a phone, email, or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
- Tell visitors which external channel handles scheduling.
- Use an external provider's own terms and confirmation messages.
- Do not promise automatic replies or confirmations from QREasy.
