What the QREasy Creator template includes
The Creator template brings content and favorite links together in a single page. The default template contains one page, so the preview should be read as a one-page site rather than a sample of a multi-page template. This is useful for a blogger, photographer, consultant, educator or other creator who wants a concise home base and a short list of destinations.
Before choosing it, open the Creator website template preview to review the proposed structure. Preview businesses and sample content are fictional demonstrations, not customer testimonials or performance results. Judge the template by its hierarchy and flexibility: visitors should understand the offer, see selected work and reach a useful link without scrolling through unrelated pages.
Build a one-page home for your content
Create the page by choosing the Creator template, reviewing any starter content shown, then adding and arranging supported sections. For a typical creator, begin with ordinary Text for a short introduction and service descriptions, Gallery for selected photographs, Links for favorite destinations, and Contact for the ways you want people to reach you. Add these blocks explicitly instead of assuming every section is already present.
Free website sections include Restaurant menu, Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact and Events. Not every free section is equally relevant to a creator. A service offer or case study can be written in ordinary Text sections, and finished work can be displayed in Gallery; neither makes the premium Service Grid, Profile or Editorial Image blocks free.
Paid-only section types include music, video, channels, downloads, call to action, image and premium gallery, service grid, FAQ, publications, credibility strip, locations, stats strip, before-and-after, profile, team grid, testimonials, process and technology list. Editorial layouts and image sliders also require Lite SME or Business to publish. You may draft premium sections before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them.
Compare Free, Lite SME and Business
Choose the plan according to how many pages, sites and changeable QR destinations you need. The Creator template itself is available on Free, while premium sections and website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business. Compare the current limits on the QREasy plans page before purchasing or upgrading.
Contact Wallet cards are included with Free. A Wallet card that opens a QREasy website requires Lite SME or Business. Static QR codes are unlimited on all three plans, while dynamic QR counts and analytics history differ. If one portfolio page is enough, start with the included one-page website and add capabilities only when the publishing workflow requires them.
- Free: EUR 0.00 monthly or annually; 1 website, up to 1 page, 1 dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes and 7 days of analytics history.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually; 3 websites, up to 4 pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes and 90 days of analytics history.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually; 33 websites, up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes and 90 days of analytics history.
Use QR codes and Wallet journeys correctly
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL. The content served at that same address can change without changing or reprinting the code, including a hosted webpage or a PDF replaced at the same URL. Only changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR. It should not be confused with a QR that embeds static vCard data. This makes static URL codes practical for a creator page that will be edited frequently but should keep one permanent destination.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Dynamic codes are not required merely to edit a hosted QREasy website; the website can stay at the same address while its content changes. Neither static nor dynamic QR codes guarantee scanning on every device, so test the final placement and destination. For setup options, use the QREasy QR code generators.
Wallet journeys are separate from editing a website. A contact Wallet card can let a recipient review and save contact details. A website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business; its QR encodes the website URL and opens the site in the phone browser, not as a website running inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link for opening the associated site.
Customize, preview and publish your website
Plan the page in this order: define what the creator does, write a concise introduction, select representative work, group favorite links, and finish with a clear contact action. Use Text for descriptions, case studies or past work, and Gallery for images. These are editable content blocks rather than evidence of a dedicated portfolio, scheduling or customer-management system.
Preview the page after editing. Check that headings create a sensible reading order, image crops do not hide the subject, every link label describes its destination, and contact actions work on the device you expect visitors to use. The template preview contains fictional sample businesses and content, so replace that sample content in the builder with your own material and avoid presenting demonstration copy as proof of results.
Publish when the page is ready, open the published address on an internet-connected device, and test the main navigation and external actions. The same website address can display later updates, so routine copy, image or link changes do not require a new address. For background on the platform, see how QREasy works. Website access requires an internet connection.
A creator-focused publishing checklist
Use this short workflow to keep the page focused and easy to maintain:
You can still offer booking, payment, appointments or customer follow-up through your own established process. QREasy can link to phone, email, WhatsApp or a separate form or booking provider, but it does not provide a native enquiry inbox, appointment availability, checkout, payment processing or automatic reservations. Whether a linked provider confirms a reservation depends on its own system, so describe that arrangement accurately.
- Choose Creator, then add Text, Gallery, Links and Contact sections that match the content you actually have.
- Replace all demonstration content and confirm that each image, link and contact action represents your own work.
- Publish once the page has a clear order, then use the same hosted address for future updates.
- Use a static URL QR when the destination stays fixed; use a dynamic QR when you need a managed redirect and have an available plan allowance.
- If you use a website-linked Wallet card, verify the browser-opening journey and the separate Visit Page link in Google Wallet.
