What an Online Practice Site Can Do
Start with the questions a new visitor is likely to have: Who are the clinicians, which treatments are offered, where is the practice, and how can someone make contact? Put concise answers near the top of the relevant page. This makes the site useful even when a visitor arrives from a QR code on a poster, leaflet, appointment card, or practice email.
Build the site as an information and contact layer, not as the practice’s entire patient-management system. If the business already uses a separate scheduling, payment, or enquiry service, its own links and processes can remain in use. QREasy should describe those routes clearly, while the separate provider governs what visitors can submit or confirm there.
- Use specific headings for the team, treatments, location, contact options, and practical visit information.
- Have the clinical team review treatment wording before publishing.
- Avoid placing patient names, images, or records on a public marketing site.
Choose Content That Fits the Plan
A free QREasy website can already use ordinary Text sections to describe services and Gallery sections to show photos. Other free section types include Links, Contact, Social, Events, Products, and Save Contact. These are generic building pieces; it is up to the practice to decide which belong in a dental site.
Premium layouts work differently. Service Grid, Profile, Team Grid, Testimonials, FAQ, credibility strips, locations, stats strips, before-and-after blocks, image blocks, sliders, and several editorial layouts require Lite SME or Business to publish. Users may draft some premium sections before upgrading, but a Free website cannot publish them.
Keep service descriptions factual and understandable. Explain who each treatment is for, what a visit involves, and what a prospective patient should ask next, without promising outcomes. Have the clinical team approve treatment wording and images. The website can support conversations; it should not diagnose or prescribe.
- Free foundation: Text, Gallery, Contact, Links, Social, Events, Products, and Save Contact.
- Plan check: confirm each premium block is available and have the clinical team review treatment wording before publishing.
Understand the Dental Template
The QREasy dental practice template preview shows a premium, four-page starting point for introducing a team and treatments. It is not a one-page template. Independently of whether a Wallet card is created, using this template requires Lite SME or Business. Check the plan before treating the preview as an active site.
A template establishes the initial structure; it does not create a scheduling system or native enquiry form. Start with the preview, identify which sections each page needs, then adapt the wording and images. To compare alternatives, browse the QREasy website templates and retain only pages that serve a real visitor need.
- Treat the four-page template as a multi-page site, not a one-page preview.
- Map pages around team, treatments, practical visit details, and contact routes.
- Confirm Lite SME or Business before starting with the dental template on a Free account.
Connect QR Codes Without Locking In Content
Use the QREasy QR code generators to decide how visitors should reach the website. A website QR code should encode the site’s URL. When someone scans it, the phone opens that address in the browser; it does not run the website inside a Wallet. Website-linked Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business, while contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website are free.
For a printed QR code, choose the type according to how often the destination may change. A static URL QR keeps the same encoded address, while content served at that address can be updated without reprinting the code. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect and can point elsewhere later, subject to plan limits. Neither type guarantees that every device will scan it.
Editing a hosted page does not require a dynamic QR merely because content changed. If the website address changes, create a new static QR. A PDF can also be replaced at the same URL without changing a static code. A static URL QR is not embedded static contact data.
Choose the Right QREasy Plan
Plan choice affects both publishing and distribution. Compare the current QREasy plans against the number of sites you need, the page count of the dental template, QR requirements, and whether visitors should open the website from a Wallet card. The dental template needs Lite SME or Business regardless of Wallet use.
For a single four-page dental site, Lite SME is the straightforward fit if its allowances match the practice’s needs. Business is the relevant option when multiple sites, more pages, more dynamic QR codes, or broader Wallet requirements are needed. These are QREasy allowances; the business’s own external booking or enquiry processes remain separate.
- Free: EUR 0.00 monthly or EUR 0.00 annually; 1 website with up to 1 page, 1 dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and 7 days of analytics history. The premium dental template cannot be published on this plan.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually; 3 websites with up to 4 pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history. It includes the dental template and website-linked Wallet cards.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually; 33 websites with up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history. It also includes the dental template and website-linked Wallet cards.
Build, Review, and Publish the Site
Begin with a short content outline, then open the selected template and replace the fictional demonstration content with the practice’s reviewed material. QREasy websites are editable: add and arrange supported sections for text, images, services, contact details, and links, then publish. Once published, the same website address can display updated content, so routine edits do not require a new address.
Before promoting the URL, test it on the devices and locations where it will be used. Check that links open the intended address, images are appropriate, contact details are current, and each page remains understandable without seeing the full site. Website access needs an internet connection. For more background on the service, review the information about QREasy.
For enquiries, decide which external channel the practice already monitors, then add a link to it. A phone, email, or WhatsApp link can open the relevant external channel, while a separate form link can open a provider’s own form. A call, message, or form submission is not automatically a confirmed appointment. A separate booking provider may confirm bookings under its own rules, but QREasy does not provide native scheduling, availability, automated confirmations, payments, or a customer relationship management system.
- Replace all fictional sample copy and images with reviewed practice material.
- Add and arrange supported sections, then publish the site.
- Test the address, links, images, and contact actions on representative devices.
