What the dental template provides
The dental practice website template is designed to introduce a clinical team and treatments on a four-page website. Its value is the editable structure, not a promise that every practice needs exactly four pages. Teams can adapt the copy, images and order of supported sections as their information changes. The preview is therefore the place to judge whether the visual rhythm fits your practice before creating the project.
When planning the four pages, a useful editorial split is to introduce the practice, explain treatments, present the team and provide contact details. Treat this as a content plan, not a claim about every fixed page in the template. Check the preview for the actual sections, then adapt the copy, images and order to the real practice.
The dental template requires Lite SME or Business to use. That condition belongs to the template and remains the same whether visitors arrive through a QR code, shared address or wallet card. Free users can create a small website, but adding a wallet card does not unlock the premium template.
Create, edit and publish the website
Start in QREasy’s available website templates and select the dental template. Choose a compatible plan, then add or rearrange supported sections with text, images, services, contact details and links. Keep each page focused on one subject, use relevant images and make the next action easy to find.
Before publishing, replace fictional placeholders with the practice’s real identity, team details, treatment descriptions, contact channels and links. Preview all four pages, check that headings still make sense after rearrangement, and verify links on a phone. If a section feels redundant, revise its purpose and wording rather than preserving it merely because the original template included it.
After publication, the same website address can serve updated content whenever copy or images change. Visitors still need an internet connection, and the site should be checked after important updates. This lets a fixed URL QR remain useful while the landing page evolves, without requiring a new address or code for each edit.
Free blocks and premium dental sections
QREasy’s free section set includes text, links, gallery, contact, social, Save Contact, products and events. A free website can describe treatments in ordinary text, show photos in a gallery and add contact links. That is different from premium layouts such as Service Grid, Team Grid, Testimonials, FAQs, Locations or editorial image sliders.
Premium section types require Lite SME or Business to publish, including Service Grid, Team Grid, Profile, Testimonials, FAQ, Credibility Strip, Locations and Before and After blocks. Editorial layouts and image sliders also need a paid plan. Premium content can be drafted before upgrading, but it cannot be published on Free.
The Free plan permits one website with up to one page, so it cannot host the four-page dental template. It can still present basic treatment descriptions, photographs and contact links using the free section types.
Contact and appointment journeys
A practice can add a phone number, email address, messaging link or link to an external booking provider it already uses. These actions open the relevant external channel. QREasy does not provide a verified native enquiry form or enquiry inbox. If the practice uses a separate online form, present it as a link to that provider, not as a built-in QREasy feature.
An external booking provider may confirm reservations under its own rules, and a consultant may provide scheduling or payment through a separate process. QREasy does not determine that provider’s functionality. A call, email or message may start an enquiry, but it is not itself a confirmed appointment, availability check or automated confirmation.
Structure each call to action around the next real step: call, ask a general question or continue to the chosen booking provider. Do not present native appointment scheduling, calendar availability, automated confirmations, checkout or payment processing as QREasy features. Put the provider’s current link in the relevant place and test it regularly.
QR codes, Wallet cards and scan limits
QREasy’s QR code generators support two linking models. A static URL QR contains a fixed web address, while content at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. This also applies when a hosted webpage or PDF is replaced at the same URL. Only a changed encoded address requires a new static QR. A static URL QR is not the same as a static vCard QR, which stores the contact details inside the code itself instead of pointing to a web address.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. It is not needed merely to edit website content. For wallets, QREasy provides Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards whose supported journeys let recipients review and save contact details or open a QREasy-created website. A scanned website QR opens the phone browser, not an embedded site inside a wallet; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link.
Neither QR type guarantees successful scanning on every device. Test the final placement with the phones and cameras the practice expects visitors to use, and keep the destination working. Contact wallet cards and the first one-page website are free; wallet cards linked to a website require Lite SME or Business.
Compare plans and choose responsibly
The QREasy plans set the relevant limits. The dentist template needs Lite SME or Business; the rule for website-linked wallet cards is separate.
Choose Lite SME for a small practice that wants the four-page dental template, standard website-linked wallet features and more QR capacity. Choose Business when multiple sites or higher allowances are needed. Free remains suitable for a one-page site and contact wallet card, but not for the premium dental template. The template’s paid-plan requirement is independent of whether a wallet card is created.
