What the legal practice template is for
The legal practice template is a premium, three-page starting point for a small law firm, sole practitioner or professional presenting legal services. Its purpose is to explain the practice and the first consultation clearly. Preview the legal practice website template before creating anything, then decide which demonstration content to replace with accurate information about your own work.
QREasy hosts editable small websites: you choose a template, add and arrange supported sections for text, images, services, contact details and links, then publish. Compare the legal option with other QREasy website templates and information about QREasy, but do not treat the template as a finished marketing site. Its three-page sample structure should be adapted to the information visitors actually need.
- Best suited to focused three-page introductions for small legal practices.
- Fictional sample copy is demonstration, not a testimonial or evidence of results.
- It is not a native scheduling, booking management, enquiry or payment system.
Plan the three pages and your introduction
Use the three pages as an information sequence, not three unrelated landing pages. A practical editorial plan is page one for the introduction and main focus, page two for services, working method and relevant experience, and page three for contact options and the consultation route. This is a recommended content sequence, not a claim that every section is prebuilt; check the preview before adding or arranging sections.
On page one, explain who the practice is, the legal issues it focuses on, the people it assists and the next step for a visitor. Ordinary Text sections can describe services and past work, while Gallery can show photos. On page two, explain how the practice works and what an initial consultation involves. Use page three for supported Contact, Social and Links sections with real contact details and useful destinations.
- Page 1: introduction, focus, intended clients and primary next step.
- Page 2: services, approach, relevant experience and consultation explanation.
- Page 3: contact details, social links and external consultation resources.
- Keep each page focused; revise copy at the same website address later.
Explain the practice and first consultation
The template should answer two central questions: what the practice does and what a prospective client can expect from a first consultation. Describe subject areas, the information a visitor should prepare, the normal stages of the process and what happens after contact. Publish only procedures, timing and fee terms the practice actually offers; the template itself creates no appointment.
Explain the consultation in a dedicated Text section if the chosen layout does not already provide a suitable block. Set out what happens before, during and after the first exchange, who responds and what the visitor should do next. If consultations are arranged through a separate scheduler, link to that service and let it handle the booking rules instead of presenting it as a native QREasy function.
- Name the practice focus and intended clients.
- State what information the visitor should prepare.
- Explain the normal consultation stages and response channel.
- Add fees, timing or availability only when accurate for the business.
- Use the premium FAQ section if repeated questions justify it.
Add contact options and external services
Contact actions in a QREasy site open external channels. A phone link can start a call, an email link can open the visitor’s mail application, and a WhatsApp link can open that service. Use supported Contact and Links sections to make these choices visible. They do not feed a verified native QREasy enquiry inbox, and a message sent this way is not automatically a reservation.
If the business already uses a booking platform or external form, include its link. That provider can confirm appointments and process information under its own rules. QREasy does not provide native appointment scheduling, calendar availability, booking management or automated confirmations, so describe the button as a link to a separate provider. Keep sensitive-information instructions consistent with the practice’s own approved policy.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp open the relevant external channel.
- An external form belongs to a separate provider, not a QREasy submission inbox.
- An external booking service applies its own confirmation process.
- Make the consultation route explicit without promising a native calendar.
Choose the required QREasy plan
The legal template is premium and requires Lite SME or Business to publish, independently of whether a Wallet card is created. Free allows one website with up to one page, so it cannot publish this three-page template. Neither a free contact Wallet card nor the absence of a card changes the legal-template requirement.
Lite SME supports three websites with up to four pages each; Business supports 33 websites with up to ten pages each. The listed prices are EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually for Lite SME, and EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually for Business. Compare QREasy plans before publishing. A website-linked Wallet card is included in both paid plans, but it remains optional for this site.
- Free: suitable for a one-page site, but not this premium template.
- Lite SME: template access with up to four pages per website.
- Business: template access with up to ten pages per website.
- Creating a Wallet card is optional; its absence does not change the template requirement.
- A website-linked Wallet card opens the site in the phone browser, not inside Wallet.
Preview, edit, publish and update
Open the preview and inspect all three pages before editing. Replace fictional demonstration copy with accurate practice information, then use the editor to add or arrange supported text, images, services, contact details and links. For more detail, read how to build a law firm website with the QREasy legal template.
Check the page sequence, how the content reads on a smaller screen and every contact destination before publishing. Publishing makes the site available at its website address, which requires an internet connection to view. Afterward, revise text, replace photos or update links and publish again; the same address can show the updated content, so editing does not itself require a new QR code.
- Confirm the site contains three focused pages, not a single-page layout.
- Test phone, email, WhatsApp and external provider links.
- Replace all demonstration names, claims and contact details.
- Publish, then open the website address on a phone and computer.
- If a static QR encodes the same address, it need not be reprinted after edits.
