Start with the one-page Portfolio template
Begin by separating the template’s default content from the content you intend to replace. The one-page preview is a design demonstration: its sample people, projects and outcomes are fictional. As you edit, replace those samples with your own introduction, services, photographs and contact information instead of presenting demonstration material as real client work. The goal is not to place every project on the page, but to make the sequence immediately understandable.
QREasy lets you choose a template, add supported sections and arrange them before publishing. If you are still comparing visual directions, browse the website template library, then return to Portfolio if its single-page format suits the presentation you need. Do not assume that a section visible in another template belongs to Portfolio by default. Check the Portfolio editor and add each block intentionally.
Build the page with supported sections
Use ordinary Text sections for a concise introduction, an explanation of your services and short notes about past work. Add Gallery sections for photographs or other visual samples. These are Free section types, so a Free portfolio can show both your capabilities and your work without relying on premium profile or editorial blocks. Keep one subject per section and use clear headings so visitors can move from context to examples without searching for basic information.
Use Contact for published contact details and Links for additional destinations, including an existing portfolio, social profile or external service. QREasy does not include a native enquiry submission inbox, appointment scheduling, checkout, payment processing or automated confirmations. If your business already handles bookings, scheduling or payments through another provider, link that provider separately; its confirmation rules and functionality remain those of the provider, not QREasy.
- Text — Add a short introduction, service summary or project note.
- Gallery — Show selected work in a clear visual sequence.
- Contact — Publish the contact details visitors should use.
- Links — Connect to relevant external destinations already used by your business.
Understand Free content and premium sections
Gallery, Text, Contact and Links are available on Free. That does not make every polished layout block free: Service Grid and Profile are premium section types, while Editorial Image layouts and image sliders also require a paid plan. For example, describing a consulting offer in a normal Text block is free; presenting it through a structured Service Grid or editorial-style profile is not covered by the Free section allowance.
Premium sections may be drafted before an upgrade, but they cannot be published on a Free website. Decide whether the one-page structure already communicates the work clearly before paying. If an added layout genuinely improves navigation, compare the Lite SME and Business plans against your current one and verify the plan required for the exact section type. A premium presentation is optional; it is not required to have a portfolio, contact route or shareable QR code.
Publish once and share the same address
Publish when the page is ready. QREasy hosts the editable site, and the same website address can display updated content later, so routine text and image corrections do not require creating a second site. Website visitors need internet access. After publishing, test the page on the devices and connections your audience is likely to use, and confirm that every external link opens the intended destination.
A static URL QR encodes a fixed URL, but the content served at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. If you replace the encoded destination itself, create a new static QR. A dynamic QR instead uses a managed redirect whose destination can be changed subject to plan limits. A hosted website does not need a dynamic QR merely because you edit its content.
Use the QREasy QR code generators to create the sharing format that matches your plan and distribution method. Neither static nor dynamic QR codes guarantee scanning on every device, so provide the plain website address as an alternative when practical and test the final code in context. A static URL QR and a Wallet card QR serve different purposes, so treat them as separate sharing steps.
Match your plan to your publishing needs
Use the plan limits to match the portfolio’s real scope. Free supports one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR and unlimited static QR codes, plus seven days of analytics history. Lite SME supports three websites with up to four pages each and 90 days of analytics history. Business supports 33 websites with up to 10 pages each and the same 90-day history. Compare these allowances with the QREasy plans before choosing.
The Portfolio template is available on Free, and Free includes contact Wallet cards. A Wallet card linked to a website requires Lite SME or Business. Its QR encodes the website address and opens the site through the phone browser; it does not run the website inside Wallet. Google Wallet also provides a Visit Page link.
