Four Pages for a Clear Practice Introduction
The template’s purpose is to organise a fairly complex introduction into a manageable sequence. Begin with the patient’s likely questions: Who are you, who will treat me, what do you offer, and how can I get in touch? Clear page titles and consistent headings help visitors answer those questions without reading everything in one long block.
The four-page description does not prescribe one fixed topic for every page, so treat the following as a practical content plan rather than a claim about built-in labels. Assign each page one main job, then use short sections and links to guide readers onward. This keeps the site easy to scan even when the team and treatment lists grow.
- Page 1 — welcome and practice overview: location, opening information, and a brief introduction.
- Page 2 — the team: names, roles, and relevant professional information.
- Page 3 — treatments: plain-language descriptions, suitable photos, and links to further enquiry.
- Page 4 — contact and visit: contact actions, practical location details, and an external booking link if used.
Present the Practice, Team and Treatments
A Free website can describe services and previous work in ordinary Text sections and show photographs in Gallery. These standard sections are useful when the aim is a simple introduction. They do not include the premium Service Grid, Profile, Team Grid or editorial image blocks, so a free site should not be presented as equivalent to the full dentist template.
With Lite SME or Business, you can add structured premium sections for treatments, team members, credibility information, image-focused layouts and other specialist content. You may draft these before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them. Use structured blocks where they improve comparison; use Text and Gallery for explanations that do not need a grid.
- Introduce each team member by role before listing biographical detail.
- Describe what a treatment involves and who to contact; avoid promising outcomes.
- Use Gallery for approved practice photographs, not as evidence of guaranteed results.
- Keep sample names, clinics and results clearly marked as fictional until replaced.
Preview, Edit and Publish the Website
Review the four-page dental practice template preview before editing. Check how pages follow one another, how much text each area expects, and whether the visual order suits your practice. This is a multi-page template preview, not a representation of a one-page website.
Choose the template, add or arrange supported sections, replace the demonstration material with your own content, and publish. QREasy hosts the resulting small website, and the same address can continue to display later revisions. If the structure is not suitable, compare the alternatives in the QREasy website templates before committing to the editing process.
- Start with one page outline and confirm the sequence before adding detail.
- Replace every sample business, person, image and treatment.
- Use concise headings and keep related information in one section.
- Check spelling, images, links and contact actions before publishing.
- Open the published address on a phone and a desktop browser.
Free Website or Premium Dentist Template?
Compare the QREasy plans against your publishing needs. Free includes one website with up to one page, plus standard sections such as Text, Gallery, Contact and Links. The premium dentist template has four default pages and requires Lite SME or Business to use and publish; premium content may be drafted on Free but remains unpublished there.
Lite SME allows up to four pages per website, matching the dentist template’s four-page structure, while Business allows up to ten. Both include access to the premium template. These limits describe publishing capacity, not the number of practices a website should mention or the number of sections you should add.
The Wallet requirement is separate. Free includes contact Wallet cards, while Wallet cards linked to a website require Lite SME or Business. You do not need a Wallet card to use the dentist template. If you later create a website-linked card, its QR opens the site in the phone browser rather than embedding the site inside Wallet.
- Free — one website, up to one page, with standard sections.
- Lite SME — three websites, up to four pages each, including the dentist template.
- Business — 33 websites, up to ten pages each, including the dentist template.
Update Content Without Changing the Address
Updates do not have to change the web address. A hosted QREasy page can be revised while visitors continue to use the same URL. The practical benefit is continuity: printed leaflets, desk cards and existing QR codes can keep pointing to the published address while the team corrects details or replaces an image.
A static URL QR encodes a fixed destination, but the content served at that destination can change without changing or reprinting the code. Only changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR. Editing a hosted website therefore does not automatically require a dynamic QR, and the QREasy QR code generators can be used for the appropriate static or dynamic option.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Neither static nor dynamic QR guarantees scanning on every device. Check the destination, page load and camera access on the devices your practice expects visitors to use, and treat scanning success as something to verify rather than assume.
- Keep the published URL stable for routine text, image and contact updates.
- Create a new static QR only when its encoded address must change.
- Reserve dynamic redirects for managed destination changes and check plan limits.
Contact Options and the Final Launch Check
Use the Contact section for the practice’s phone number and email address, and use Links for actions such as WhatsApp or an external booking service. A link opens the relevant external channel. If you already use a separate booking provider, describe its booking and confirmation process according to that provider’s rules; QREasy does not determine what it confirms.
QREasy does not supply a native customer enquiry form, enquiry inbox, appointment scheduling or automated confirmation. A telephone, email or WhatsApp message starts an external conversation, not a confirmed reservation. If your practice offers scheduling independently, that is a separate business process and should not be advertised as a built-in website feature.
- Replace every demonstration name, address, phone number and email.
- Check links on mobile data as well as office Wi-Fi.
- Confirm that website visitors have internet access before relying on online details.
- Publish, test the four pages, then revisit the address when content changes.
- Open the dentist template to begin the four-page setup.
