QREasy plans at a glance
All three tiers include unlimited static QR codes. Their limits differ for websites, pages per website, dynamic QR codes and analytics history. Wallet access also divides into two categories: a Contact Wallet card for contact details and a website-linked Wallet card that opens a QREasy-created site.
The monthly and annual figures are separate billing choices in euros, not additional features. Compare the quotas against your likely publishing pattern: the number of distinct destinations matters more than the total number of codes you can create if most traffic reaches only one or two pages.
- Free — EUR 0.00 monthly or EUR 0.00 annually: 1 website with up to 1 page, 1 dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, 7 days of analytics history, and a Contact Wallet card.
- Lite SME — EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually: 3 websites with up to 4 pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards.
- Business — EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually: 33 websites with up to 10 pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, 90 days of analytics history, and website-linked Wallet cards.
Free, Lite SME and Business: choose by operating scope
Free is the simplest starting point. It creates one website with up to one page and allows one managed dynamic QR alongside unlimited static codes. A Contact Wallet card is included. What it does not include is a website-linked Wallet card, which requires a paid tier.
Lite SME is aimed at a business that needs more than a single page or site. It supports three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes and 90 days of analytics history. Website-linked Wallet cards are included, making it the first tier where recipients can open a QREasy website through the supported Wallet journey.
Business extends the same model to 33 websites, with up to ten pages per site, 357 dynamic QR codes and 90 days of analytics history. Use this tier when multiple sites and many redirect-managed destinations are normal requirements, rather than simply because it is the most expensive option.
Static or dynamic QR codes: understand the difference
A static URL QR code contains a fixed URL. If it points to a QREasy-hosted webpage or a PDF at that same address, you can replace the content without changing or reprinting the code. You need a new static QR only if the encoded URL itself changes. This is different from a QR code containing embedded static vCard data.
A dynamic QR code uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to the plan’s dynamic-code limit. That is useful when you want to revise a campaign destination while keeping the printed code in place. Editing a hosted website does not automatically require a dynamic QR code.
Static codes are unlimited on every plan. Dynamic codes are limited to 1 on Free, 50 on Lite SME and 357 on Business. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device, so test the destination and placement. The QREasy QR code generators can help you match each code to the publishing and update job you actually have.
Wallet cards and website access
QREasy supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. In a Contact Wallet journey, recipients can review and save contact details. Free includes this contact-card option. Website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business.
A website-linked Wallet card lets the recipient open a website created with QREasy. It is not included with Free, even though Free can publish one one-page website. This distinction prevents a common purchasing mistake: having a website quota and having a Wallet card that can open that website are separate checks.
If your main goal is sharing contact details, the digital business card creator is the relevant starting point. If the recipient should explore a site, compare the website templates and confirm the required page count against Lite SME’s four-page allowance or Business’s ten-page allowance.
How to choose the right QREasy plan
Start with a simple inventory: how many separate websites you need, how many pages each must contain, how many QR destinations must be redirect-managed and how long you need to consult analytics history. If one one-page site, unlimited static codes and seven days of history are sufficient, Free covers those requirements.
Choose Lite SME when you need multiple sites, more pages, website-linked Wallet access or 90 days rather than seven days of analytics history. Its three-site and 50-dynamic-code limits provide room to operate without the larger Business allocation. Compare monthly and annual pricing against how consistently you expect to maintain the account.
Choose Business when 33 websites, up to ten pages each or 357 dynamic QR codes reflect real requirements. It also includes 90 days of history and website-linked Wallet cards.
