QREasy plans at a glance
QREasy uses the same core structure across all three plans: a small website builder, free QR tools and digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Prices are in euros and distinguish the month-to-month option from the annual option rather than presenting the annual figure as a monthly equivalent.
Capacity changes at each tier. Website count and pages per site determine the destinations you can maintain, dynamic QR limits determine how many managed redirects you can run, and analytics history sets the review window. Free includes contact Wallet cards; website-linked Wallet cards begin with the paid plans.
- Free: EUR 0.00 monthly or annually; 1 website, up to 1 page; 1 dynamic QR code; unlimited static QR codes; 7 days of analytics history; contact Wallet cards included.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually; 3 websites, up to 4 pages each; 50 dynamic QR codes; unlimited static QR codes; 90 days of analytics history; website-linked Wallet cards included.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually; 33 websites, up to 10 pages each; 357 dynamic QR codes; unlimited static QR codes; 90 days of analytics history; website-linked Wallet cards included.
Free: a practical starting point
The Free plan includes one website with up to one page and one dynamic QR code. Static URL QR codes are unlimited, while analytics history covers seven days. It is a practical starting point for a single site and a limited set of managed redirects, provided longer analytics history or several websites are not required.
Free also includes contact Wallet cards. Recipients can review and save contact details in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A website-linked card is different: it opens a website created with QREasy and requires Lite SME or Business. When building the one-page site, the available website templates provide a starting point for the page.
- Choose Free for a single one-page destination and one managed redirect.
- Keep the seven-day analytics history window in mind when reviewing recent activity.
- Use a contact Wallet card, but budget for Lite SME or Business if recipients must open a website.
Lite SME and Business: more sites, codes and Wallet journeys
Lite SME is the first paid tier and costs EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually. It supports three websites with up to four pages each and 50 dynamic QR codes. Website-linked Wallet cards are included, so recipients can open a QREasy-created site from their Wallet rather than only saving contact details.
Business costs EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually and raises capacity to 33 websites, up to 10 pages each and 357 dynamic QR codes. It also includes website-linked Wallet cards. This tier is intended for organizations that need substantially more destinations and redirect capacity than the smaller plans provide.
- Choose Lite SME when three sites and 50 dynamic redirects align with your current requirements.
- Move to Business when the number of sites, pages or redirect destinations exceeds Lite SME limits.
- Both paid plans include unlimited static URL QR codes and 90 days of analytics history.
Static URL QRs, dynamic QRs and editable destinations
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL. The content served at that URL can change without changing or reprinting the code: a hosted webpage can be updated, or a PDF can be replaced at the same address. For this type of static QR, changing the encoded URL itself requires a new code.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting, subject to the limit for the selected plan. That makes it useful when the final destination must be switched later. However, a hosted website does not require a dynamic QR merely to edit its content; the QREasy QR code generators cover both approaches.
Neither format guarantees scanning on every device, so test the final destination and intended devices before printing. A static URL QR is also different from a QR with embedded static vCard data: it sends the recipient to a URL instead of storing the contact record in the code.
- Static URL QR: uses a fixed destination, although content at that URL may change.
- Dynamic QR: uses a managed redirect whose destination can change within the plan limit.
- Hosted page or PDF: replace the content at the same URL to keep the QR unchanged.
- New static QR: required when the encoded URL itself changes.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: compare the two card types
QREasy supports two Wallet journeys. A contact Wallet card lets recipients review and save contact details in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. A website-linked Wallet card lets them open a website created with QREasy. The digital business card creator is the relevant starting point for preparing these cards, but the plan controls which journey is available.
The contact journey is included with Free and both paid plans. The website-linked journey requires Lite SME or Business. For example, a freelancer may want a contact card for quick exchange, while a service business may prefer a card that opens a fuller site. Choose based on the destination recipients need, and test the final experience on their devices.
- Contact Wallet card: recipients review and save contact details; included with Free.
- Website-linked Wallet card: recipients open a QREasy-created website; requires Lite SME or Business.
- Check the intended journey, destination and recipient device before distributing the card.
Which QREasy plan fits your workflow?
Choose Free when a single one-page website, one dynamic QR code and a contact Wallet card cover the immediate workflow. Choose Lite SME when multiple sites, up to four pages each, a larger dynamic QR allowance or website-linked Wallet cards are needed. Choose Business when 33 sites, up to 10 pages each or 357 dynamic QR codes better match the operation.
For an ongoing requirement, compare the monthly and annual figures directly. The annual amount can be assessed as a yearly budget, while the monthly option states the cost for one month. Before deciding, count the websites, pages, dynamic redirects and Wallet journeys you truly need; all plans include unlimited static URL QR codes.
