QREasy plans and prices at a glance
QREasy uses three straightforward pricing tiers. All three include unlimited static QR codes and access to the small website builder. The monthly prices are EUR 0.00 for Free, EUR 2.99 for Lite SME, and EUR 9.99 for Business. Free is useful for testing the service, sharing contact details, or maintaining a single, focused web presence.
- Free: EUR 0.00 monthly or EUR 0.00 annually. It includes contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website; website-linked Wallet cards require a paid plan.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually. It adds multiple websites, website-linked Wallet cards, and a larger dynamic QR allowance.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually. It provides the highest listed website, page, and dynamic QR-code limits.
Website and Wallet card options
A contact Wallet card and a website-linked Wallet card solve different jobs. The supported Apple Wallet and Google Wallet journeys let recipients either review and save contact details or open a website created with QREasy. Contact Wallet cards are included with Free, as is the first one-page website. A website-linked Wallet card requires Lite SME or Business, so choosing either paid plan unlocks that Wallet option alongside its larger site capacity.
For a contact-first use case, the digital business card creator helps you prepare a contact card, while website templates can help shape the matching site. Lite SME is the more natural starting point for a small business that needs several websites or pages. Business makes sense when the number of separate sites, not just the design of one page, is the main constraint.
One page can serve a defined purpose, such as publishing a code of conduct on a free QREasy event page. If the main need is a portfolio or artist presence, the artist website template guide shows how a template can support that kind of site. These examples illustrate possible scope rather than mandatory page types.
Plan limits for websites, QR codes, and analytics
Website count and page depth are separate limits, and both can matter before the dynamic QR allowance does. A team with two substantial sites, for example, exceeds Free even if it has not used many QR codes. The limits should therefore be read as a combined capacity check rather than a single ranking from smallest to largest.
Analytics history differs between Free and the paid tiers: Free includes seven days, while Lite SME and Business each include 90 days. A longer history can help when the objective is to compare activity over a sustained period rather than check only recent results. Static QR usage remains unlimited across the plans; the limits that differ between plans are websites, page depth, dynamic QR codes, and analytics history.
- Free: 1 website, up to 1 page per website, 1 dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and 7 days of analytics history.
- Lite SME: 3 websites, up to 4 pages per website, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history.
- Business: 33 websites, up to 10 pages per website, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history.
Static URL QR codes and dynamic QR codes
Static URL QR codes are best for a destination that stays the same. The code contains a fixed URL, but the content served at that URL can change without changing or reprinting the QR. For example, a hosted webpage can be edited, or a PDF can be replaced at the same address. If the encoded URL itself changes, you need a new static QR code.
A dynamic QR code uses a managed redirect. Its destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to the plan’s dynamic-code limit. That makes it suitable when several printed cards or posters need to point to different campaigns, pages, or files over time. It is not necessary simply because a hosted website’s content will be edited; an unchanged URL is enough.
Choose from the QREasy QR code generators after deciding which behavior you need. A static URL QR and an embedded static vCard QR are different: the former opens a web address, while the latter stores contact data directly in the code. Neither static nor dynamic QR codes guarantee scanning on every device, so test the final destination and intended devices before printing.
Monthly versus annual billing
QREasy lists a monthly and an annual price for every tier. Twelve monthly Lite SME payments would come to EUR 35.88, compared with EUR 28.70 with annual billing. For Business, twelve monthly payments come to EUR 119.88, compared with EUR 95.90 annually. Free remains EUR 0.00 in either period.
The annual option therefore saves EUR 7.18 on Lite SME and EUR 23.98 on Business compared with twelve monthly payments. Use the totals, rather than only the headline monthly rate, to assess a longer commitment. Monthly billing can be easier to reconcile with a short evaluation or changing budget, while annual billing may align better with a stable, ongoing need.
How to choose the right QREasy plan
Start with Free if the core need is one contact card, one short website, and mostly stable QR destinations. Its single dynamic QR code and seven-day history make it a compact option. The key question is whether the team also needs a Wallet card that opens a website; if so, Free will not meet that requirement.
Choose Lite SME for a small operation that needs multiple sites, pages beyond one, and website-linked Wallet cards. Its 50 dynamic QR codes provide room for campaigns whose destinations need to change, and its 90-day history is more suitable for ongoing review. Choose Business when 33 sites, up to 10 pages per site, or 357 dynamic codes reflect the actual workload.
Before deciding, list the number of websites, maximum pages on any one site, dynamic QR codes likely to need managed redirects, and whether the Wallet card should carry contact details or open a site. Then compare those requirements with each plan’s limits and the two billing totals. This avoids paying for Business only because it is the highest tier, or choosing Lite SME when the site count already exceeds its allowance.
