What the three-page real estate template includes
Open the real estate website template preview to inspect the default three-page structure before editing. The preview represents a multi-page site, not a one-page website. Its agencies, properties, people, and photographs are fictional demonstrations of possible content, not customer references, testimonials, or proof of achieved results.
The design is meant to show property offerings and contact choices, while QREasy handles hosting and editing. In the builder, you can add and arrange supported sections, revise wording, replace images, and publish at a website address. Judge the starting blocks and their order from the preview, not from a similarly named template.
Plan requirements and publishing capacity
Using the real estate template requires Lite SME or Business. That requirement belongs to the template itself and does not depend on whether you create a Wallet card. A separate rule also applies to Wallet cards: those linked to a website need Lite SME or Business, while contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website are free.
Plan choice matters because Free is limited to one page, whereas the real estate template starts with three. Compare QREasy plans before you begin, and note the website, page, QR code, and analytics limits:
Lite SME covers the default three-page template and permits up to four pages per site. Business is relevant when you need more websites, pages, or dynamic QR codes. Both paid plans include website-linked Wallet cards, but creating one is not what unlocks the template; access and Wallet journeys are assessed separately.
- Free: 1 website, up to 1 page, 1 dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and 7 days of analytics history; EUR 0.00 monthly or annually.
- Lite SME: 3 websites, up to 4 pages, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history; EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually.
- Business: 33 websites, up to 10 pages, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history; EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually.
Present listings, services, and previous work
After selecting the real estate template, build around ordinary free sections rather than assuming every layout in the preview is premium. Add and arrange the blocks that answer the visitor’s main questions: what is available, who handles it, what it involves, and how to make an enquiry.
Be precise about what is built in versus what you add. A consultant profile can be created with ordinary Text and Gallery, but this does not mean the premium Profile section is included. Likewise, a premium Service Grid is different from a normal Text section. The website templates library can help compare visual styles, while the real estate preview remains the reference for this template’s starting layout.
Premium section types and editorial layouts have their own plan rules. Examples include service-grid, testimonials, locations, FAQ, before-after, team-grid, and image sliders. They may be drafted before an upgrade but cannot be published on Free. Ordinary Text, Gallery, and Products remain practical free building blocks.
- Text: add concise listing descriptions, service summaries, agency details, or accounts of previous work.
- Gallery: group photographs of properties, surroundings, people, or completed projects.
- Products: present fixed property or service entries in an item-like layout, without ordering, checkout, or payment processing.
Edit, arrange, test, and publish
Use the editor in a deliberate order: select the real estate template, add only the sections needed by the agency, write concise descriptions, add images, enter contact details and links, then arrange the blocks for a clear path from listings to enquiry. Preview every page on a phone before publishing, because visitors may arrive from a QR code on a mobile device.
After publication, edits are made in QREasy and the updated content appears at the same website address. You do not need to build a new site for every price change, new listing, or revised service description. Access still needs an internet connection. This makes the site suitable for a stable address on printed material, provided that you keep the address unchanged.
Keep your documentation honest: a consultant profile written in Text is not a premium Profile block, and a contact action is not a lead-management workflow. If you add Events, do not describe the section as native registration or scheduling.
- Check listing details, images, and contact information on every page.
- Open each phone and email action and confirm its destination.
- Review the published site on a phone before sharing it.
- After updates, confirm the same URL serves the revised content.
Contact routes without a native enquiry system
Use Contact and Links sections to give visitors direct routes: a phone number, an email address, WhatsApp, or a link to an external booking page. The corresponding action opens the relevant external channel. This suits an enquiry-led agency, but a message sent by phone, email, or WhatsApp should not be described as a confirmed reservation.
QREasy does not provide a verified native customer contact form, enquiry submission inbox, or native appointment scheduler. Do not plan the site around a native form or assume it keeps leads in an internal inbox. If the agency already uses a separate form or booking provider, QREasy can link to that provider; the provider’s own rules determine its functions and confirmations.
These limits apply to the QREasy website, not the wider consultancy. A consultant may offer scheduling, payments, inventory, or other services through their own systems and describe them accurately. A separate service can support the agency, while the QREasy page itself does not perform or store those transactions.
Choose between a static URL QR and a dynamic QR
Use the QREasy QR code generators to decide which code fits the destination. For a stable property page, a static URL QR is usually the simplest option. For a managed redirect whose destination may change, consider a dynamic QR within the limits of the selected plan.
A static URL QR encodes one fixed URL. The content served at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code, including a hosted webpage or a PDF replaced at the same address. Only changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR. A static URL QR is not the same as a QR with embedded static vCard data, and a hosted website does not need a dynamic QR merely because its content will be edited.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device. When the destination is a QREasy website, scanning opens the site in the phone browser and requires internet; the site does not run inside Wallet. Google Wallet also offers a Visit Page link.
