Start with the three-page template
Begin by previewing the real estate website template. The default structure contains three pages, not one, and the site is editable. You decide what belongs on each page instead of forcing every property, service and contact detail into a crowded home screen. Treat the supplied examples as placeholders, not descriptions of a real agency or evidence of results.
A practical page map is: featured properties on the first page; agency background, services and areas covered on the second; contact options and a clear next step on the third. These are recommended purposes, not fixed default labels. Before filling the pages, list the properties you want to feature and the actions you want visitors to take, such as calling, emailing or opening a separate property page.
- Replace all fictional sample businesses, names and property descriptions with your agency content.
- Assign one clear purpose to each page so visitors can find key details quickly.
- Keep the most relevant properties near the top of the first page.
Build each page with supported sections
QREasy’s small website builder lets you add and arrange supported content blocks for text, images, service information, contact details and links. Distinguish the template’s starting content from blocks you add yourself: a default block is already part of the layout, while a Text or Gallery block appears only after you insert and configure it. Edit the copy, imagery and order rather than assuming every service block is available on the same plan.
Build each page in a repeatable sequence: write a short heading and explanation, place relevant photographs, add a property or service link, then finish with contact details. Use Links for a separate listing, map, form or booking service already used by the business. Use Contact for agency details, and do not imply a built-in property search unless a linked provider actually offers it.
- Write one clear sentence explaining the value of each featured property.
- Use Gallery for photographs and Text for details that need more context.
- Add Contact near the end of every page where an enquiry is appropriate.
- Check that every external link opens the intended destination before publishing.
Understand free sections and premium layouts
A Free website is not limited to a title and a contact button. Standard sections can describe agency services, past work and featured properties in ordinary paragraphs, while Gallery can display photographs. This means a Free site can still communicate useful information, but it does not include the structured presentation offered by premium service, profile or property-gallery blocks.
The real-estate template itself is premium: it requires Lite SME or Business to use and publish, independently of any Wallet card. Premium section types and editorial layouts also require a paid plan. You may draft premium sections before upgrading, but they cannot be published on Free. Explore the available website templates to compare the presentation before committing detailed content.
- Free section types are Restaurant menu, Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact and Events.
- Useful Free choices for an agency include Text for services and past work, Gallery for property photographs, and Links for external listings.
- Premium examples include Image, premium-gallery, Service Grid, Profile, Team Grid, Testimonials, Locations, Stats Strip, Before After and FAQ.
- Editorial layouts and image sliders also require Lite SME or Business.
Create a QR that remains useful
For most agencies, create a static URL QR that points to the published QREasy website address. The encoded URL stays fixed, while the content shown at that address can change after editing and publishing. You therefore do not need a new static QR every time you replace a photograph, revise a service description or update the contact section; a new static QR is needed only when the URL itself changes.
A dynamic QR is different: it uses a managed redirect whose destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Choose one when you specifically need a changeable destination, not simply because the website content may change. Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device, so test the final placement on the phones your audience uses. You can open the QREasy QR code generators to create the appropriate code.
- Static URL QR: best when the website address will remain fixed and only its content changes.
- Dynamic QR: best when you need a managed redirect with a destination that may change later.
- Use a URL-based QR for the website; do not confuse it with a static QR containing embedded vCard contact data.
Match the plan and Wallet cards correctly
Choose the plan by checking your number of websites, pages and dynamic QR codes. The premium real-estate template does not fit the Free plan: it requires Lite SME or Business to use and publish, and Free is in any case limited to one page per website. The comparison below shows the relevant limits; compare QREasy plans before publishing.
The template’s Lite SME or Business requirement is independent of Wallet use. Even if you create only a contact Wallet card, you still need a paid plan to publish the premium template. If you also want a Wallet card linked to the website, that card independently requires Lite SME or Business. A contact Wallet card is included with the Free plan.
The website QR encodes the website URL and opens it in the phone’s browser; it does not run the site inside Wallet. A supported Wallet journey can present contact details for review and saving, while Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link to the site. Do not describe these separate journeys as one combined contact-and-website form.
- Free provides one website, up to one page, one dynamic QR and unlimited static QR codes.
- Lite SME provides three websites, up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes.
- Business provides 33 websites, up to ten pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes and unlimited static QR codes.
Review the site before publishing
Before publishing, walk through every page as if you were a prospective client. Check that the photographs are relevant, descriptions are clear, contact details are current and every link opens the intended destination. Test on a phone as well as a desktop, and remember that a hosted QREasy website needs internet access. Read more about QREasy when you need to review the service boundaries.
QREasy does not provide a native lead form or enquiry inbox, native appointment or reservation scheduling, checkout, payment processing or a property CRM. A phone, email or WhatsApp action opens that channel; it is not itself a confirmed viewing. If the business already uses an external form or booking provider, link to it and let that provider apply its own rules for submissions or confirmations. Businesses can offer these services independently of the QREasy site.
- Publish only after checking headings, images, contact details and links on both mobile and desktop.
- Label links accurately so visitors know when they are leaving the website.
- Use an external provider for native-style submissions, confirmations, payments or property management.
- Do not promise a booking, availability check or property inventory that QREasy does not manage.
