What the Premium Restaurant Template Includes
The [Restaurant website template preview] shows QREasy’s premium option as a four-page site for sharing a menu, location details and opening hours. Review the sample pages to understand the intended structure before editing. The default contains four pages, so this multi-page template should not be treated as a one-page site.
QREasy’s paid section library includes types such as FAQ, locations, service-grid, profile, testimonials and credibility-strip, as well as editorial layouts and image sliders. These are capabilities to check in the editor, not a claim that every block appears in the Restaurant template by default. You can draft premium sections before upgrading, but they cannot be published on Free.
Use the preview and editor to decide which blocks fit the restaurant rather than assuming the sample structure is fixed. Replace fictional demonstration content with the actual menu, venue details and hours. The template is a presentation framework; it does not add ordering, checkout, payment processing or reservation management to the restaurant’s workflow.
Free Restaurant Menu Section vs. Premium Restaurant Template
On the Free plan, Restaurant menu is one of the available website sections, alongside Links, Products, Gallery, Text, Contact, Social, Save Contact and Events. A Free website can place the menu alongside a gallery, general text and contact details. This suits a restaurant that wants a concise one-page digital menu site.
Free Text and Gallery sections can describe services and show photographs, but they are not equivalent to premium Service Grid, Profile or Editorial Image blocks. Premium section types and premium layouts require Lite SME or Business to publish. A Free user can prepare such sections as drafts, then publish them after upgrading.
The Restaurant Premium template goes further by providing a four-page starting structure and access to the paid section set. It requires Lite SME or Business whether or not a Wallet card is created. Choose the free menu section when one page and ordinary content blocks are enough; choose the premium template when separate pages and richer presentation options are the goal.
Building and Editing a Restaurant Website
Start with QREasy’s restaurant website builder and browse the [available website templates]. Select the Restaurant Premium template, then add and arrange supported sections containing text, images, services, contact details and links. Keep the sample page structure visible while you work so the intended four-page flow remains easy to follow, replacing the fictional sample content with your own menu, venue details and hours.
Edit each page around a clear purpose—for example, menu content, location information, opening hours or contact actions. Do not assume an extra block is already included; add it if the editor offers it. Replacing sample text and images and checking section order are both part of making the template your own.
When the pages are ready, publish the website and test the result with an internet connection. The published website address can continue to display updated content, so later corrections do not require creating a new address. Before sharing it, check every page, link and destination on the devices staff and guests are likely to use.
Adding Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Booking Links
Restaurant templates use direct channels for practical actions: a phone number can start a call, an email address can open the mail app, WhatsApp can open a conversation, and an external booking link can open a separate provider. These links give guests a route to the business, but each action remains in the relevant external channel.
There is no verified native QREasy enquiry form or submission inbox. If the business already uses a separate online form or booking service, its address can be included as an external link. Describing that link does not move the form, submissions, availability rules or customer records into QREasy; they remain with the provider.
A phone call, email or WhatsApp message may be an enquiry, but it is not itself a confirmed reservation. An external booking provider may confirm reservations under its own rules, and QREasy does not determine that provider’s functionality. Use clear button wording, test each link and avoid promising confirmation, availability, automated confirmations or ordering through the website.
Connecting QR Codes to the Published Website
After publishing, open the [QREasy QR code generators] and choose a website destination rather than a contact-card or embedded vCard destination. A QR code for a restaurant website encodes the website URL; scanning it opens that site in the phone browser, not inside a Wallet.
A static URL QR contains a fixed URL, but content served at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. This makes it suitable for a hosted restaurant menu website whose menu or details are updated in place. A hosted site does not require a dynamic QR merely because its content is editable.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to plan limits. Use it when redirect management is needed, not as a default requirement for an editable site. If the static website URL changes, create a new static QR. Neither static nor dynamic QR guarantees scanning on every device, so test the actual destination and surrounding print conditions.
Plan Requirements and Pre-Launch Checklist
Review [QREasy plans] before publishing. Free includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR, unlimited static QRs and seven days of analytics history. Lite SME includes three websites with up to four pages, 50 dynamic QRs, unlimited static QRs and 90 days. Business includes 33 websites with up to ten pages, 357 dynamic QRs, unlimited static QRs and 90 days.
The listed monthly and annual prices are EUR 0.00 and EUR 0.00 for Free, EUR 2.99 and EUR 28.70 for Lite SME, and EUR 9.99 and EUR 95.90 for Business. The Restaurant Premium template still requires Lite SME or Business even if no Wallet card is used. Website-linked Wallet cards are a separate paid-plan feature, while contact Wallet cards remain included with Free.
For a sensible release order, see [what to put on a restaurant website before sharing its menu QR]. Publish the website first, then generate the code from its final address. This reduces the chance of distributing a QR that points to an unfinished page or an outdated destination.
