Choose the Services template and plan one clear page
Start with the Services website template. Its default is one page, and it is available on Free, so it is a practical fit for a focused contact page for a consultant, independent professional or service business. The preview illustrates the structure; your published site is still edited, arranged and published in QREasy. If you need a different structure, compare the other options in the website templates.
Before editing, outline three blocks: the offer, the client and the practical next step. Name the services in plain language, explain who benefits and where you work, then choose one action you want visitors to take. A single-page site can still be specific and persuasive when each block supports the same journey from understanding the offer to getting in touch.
- Offer: list two to four services or a clear range, using outcome-focused wording.
- Client: state the problem, sector or location you serve.
- Next step: make the preferred phone, email, WhatsApp or external enquiry route visible.
Present the offer with Text and Gallery
The Services template is a one-page layout, not a prebuilt scheduling system. In the editor, check which blocks are present, then add or arrange the free Text, Gallery, Contact, Links, Social and Save Contact sections to match your content. Use Text to explain the offer, ideal client, process, service area and practical next step. Use Gallery to show selected work, completed projects or a visual range of services.
On Free, ordinary Text sections and Gallery can carry a complete service presentation. Do not confuse them with premium blocks such as Service Grid, Profile, Team Grid, Testimonials, FAQ, image sliders or editorial layouts. Publishing those premium section types requires Lite SME or Business. You may draft some before upgrading, but Free cannot publish them, so plan the core page around the free sections.
- Text: give each service a short title, description, typical outcome and suitable next step.
- Gallery: include a small, relevant set of images and label what each example demonstrates.
- Proof: describe past work honestly in Text; a fictional example is only a placeholder.
- Layout: keep the primary contact action visible without scrolling past every detail.
Add direct contact actions and external links
Use the Contact section for the phone, email and WhatsApp routes you want to publish, and use Links for a booking page, map, portfolio or another relevant destination. Social can point to the social profiles that support your business. QREasy’s enquiry actions open the relevant external channel rather than creating a native QREasy submission. An external booking link opens that provider’s page, and the provider may confirm reservations under its own rules.
If clients already complete a form with a separate provider, link to that exact form through Links and label it clearly. QREasy does not provide a verified native customer contact form or enquiry-submission inbox, so do not describe the external link as a QREasy form. Likewise, a phone, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not automatically a confirmed appointment, order or payment.
Choose one primary action, then support it with alternatives. For example, make email the main route, offer WhatsApp for quick questions, and send complex projects to a separate brief or booking provider. This keeps the page decisive while allowing prospects to use the channel they prefer.
- Link labels should state the destination, such as Book a consultation or Open the enquiry form.
- A booking or payment service can still be part of your offer, but it must run through your own approved process.
- Keep phone, email and website details consistent wherever they appear.
Use QR codes and Save Contact as complementary routes
Add Save Contact when you want visitors to choose a supported Wallet route to review and save your details. QREasy supports this journey for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and Contact Wallet cards are included with Free. A website-linked Wallet card is a separate option requiring Lite SME or Business. Its QR opens the website in the phone browser, not as a website running inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link.
A QR code can point to the hosted website, while Save Contact uses a supported Wallet journey. A static URL QR encodes a fixed web address, so the content at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. If you change the address itself, create a new static QR. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted page therefore does not automatically require a dynamic QR.
Use the QREasy QR code generators to prepare the code, and read Google Wallet Business Card: Contact Details or Website QR before choosing a Wallet-linked campaign. Test on several phones, but neither static nor dynamic QR guarantees that every device will scan it. Keep the contact details and destination visible on the page rather than relying only on a scan.
- Website QR: best when the visitor needs the full offer, examples and multiple links.
- Save Contact: best when the immediate goal is storing contact details in a supported Wallet.
- Static versus dynamic: choose based on whether the encoded address or redirect destination must change.
Publish, verify and keep the page current
Preview on mobile and desktop, then publish. Check that headings are clear, images load, contact actions open the intended channel and external links reach the correct provider. Website access requires an internet connection. Before calling the page live, ask a colleague or prospective client to scan the QR and complete the same next step without relying on your explanation; testing may still reveal device-specific issues that no QR can fully prevent.
Keep the site accurate after launch. Update service descriptions, examples, contact details and external destinations, then publish the changes at the same website address. Review available analytics within the history allowed by your plan and use them to guide content and contact-path checks. Remove dead links promptly and make sure booking instructions still match the provider’s current process.
Check plan limits before you add sections, pages, codes or Wallet cards. The QREasy plans page lists the current allowances, and the first one-page website plus Contact Wallet cards are free. Website-linked Wallet cards and publishing premium section types require Lite SME or Business, while the core Text, Gallery and contact sections can support a Free site.
