1. Choose the right starting structure
Begin by previewing the Services website template. Its purpose is straightforward: explain the offer and show how visitors can make contact. The default is one page and is available on Free, so a consultant can publish a focused site without buying a plan. Treat the preview as a starting structure, not a requirement to keep every sample block or a promise of a multi-page site.
QREasy’s website template library also includes business-card and event-oriented options. The business-card template starts with Save Contact, Contact, and Links rather than a built-in services area. The Event template starts with editable Text, Links, and Contact rather than scheduling or registration. For a consultancy, the Services template provides a clearer base for combining an offer, proof, and contact details; for a simpler identity page, compare the alternatives before editing.
2. Explain the offer, evidence, and next step
Write each service as a customer-facing outcome rather than a list of internal tasks. In ordinary Text sections, state who the work helps, what is delivered, and what the visitor should do next. For example, describe brand strategy for growing teams and mention discovery, written direction, and a follow-up review. Use headings that can be scanned quickly. Keep each description specific enough that a prospective client can recognize whether the service fits their needs.
Use Gallery sections for photographs that help visitors recognize the type of work, such as a rebuilt office, a completed interior, or a finished digital campaign. Replace demonstration material with your own and avoid presenting sample businesses as real clients. A Free site can describe services and past work in ordinary Text sections and show photos in Gallery; that does not make the more visual premium layouts free.
- Opening: Add a concise Text section explaining who you help and the problem you solve.
- Offer: Describe each service, its intended audience, and the result you can provide.
- Evidence: Use Gallery for relevant photographs and ordinary Text for context about past work.
- Practical details: Add a short section covering timing, location, process, or other useful conditions.
- Next step: Place a Contact section and a labelled Links section where visitors can easily act.
3. Offer clear contact routes without overpromising
Make contact easy by presenting at least one direct route that fits how you work. A phone link can start a call, an email address can open a mail application, and a WhatsApp link can open a conversation. Use the Contact section for contact details and a Links section for labelled actions. Avoid forcing visitors to hunt for an address buried inside a long text block.
QREasy does not include a verified native customer contact form or enquiry inbox. If you already use a separate booking or form provider, add its link as an external service and explain what happens next. A phone call, email, or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Likewise, an external booking provider confirms bookings under its own rules, not under QREasy. Consultants may still offer scheduling, payments, or other services through their own processes; simply do not present those as native QREasy functions.
Choose two well-explained routes that match your normal working habits. For example, label one action Call for a quick question and another Email for a brief. If you use WhatsApp, say that it is suitable for a particular kind of enquiry. Learn how QREasy fits together before adding more channels, because a short list of meaningful choices is usually easier to use than a collection of unrelated links.
4. Publish the site and choose the right QR code
After editing, publish the website through QREasy. The site is hosted and editable, and after you publish an update, the same website address can show the new content. Website access needs an internet connection. Review the page on a phone before sharing: check the heading order, image relevance, link labels, and whether the contact action works on the devices your customers use.
For physical handouts, client meetings, packaging, or social profiles, create a QR code with QREasy’s QR code generators. A static URL QR encodes a fixed destination. If you later replace the content at that same URL, such as a hosted page or PDF, the QR does not need to be reprinted. If the encoded URL itself changes, create a new static QR.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, so its destination can be changed without reprinting, subject to plan limits. It is useful when one printed code must point to different destinations over time. A hosted website does not need a dynamic QR merely because its content will be edited. Neither approach guarantees scanning on every device, so test the code in the actual setting and keep a plain URL as a backup.
5. Compare Free and paid options before publishing
The Free plan includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and seven days of analytics history. It also includes contact Wallet cards. Website-linked Wallet cards are different: they require Lite SME or Business, and their QR opens the website in the phone browser rather than running it inside Wallet.
Compare QREasy plans and prices before committing to a larger structure. Lite SME provides three websites, up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history. Business provides 33 websites, up to ten pages each, 357 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history. Website-linked Wallet cards are included with both paid plans.
