What the Weddings & events template offers
The Weddings & events website template provides a three-page foundation for presenting celebrations, planning and availability information. It suits wedding and event organizers who want a compact portfolio with room for text, images, service descriptions, contact details and links. The template starts with editable Text, Links and Contact, not a scheduling or registration system. It requires Lite SME or Business, independently of whether you create a Wallet card.
Treat the three pages as a decision path rather than three identical brochures. A practical starting point is an introduction page, a services and portfolio page, and a contact page, although you can choose another arrangement. Review the available website templates before building so the page model, imagery and supported sections fit your own process.
- Assign one clear purpose to each page.
- Replace all fictional demo businesses, names, services and photographs.
- Keep contact details and a clear next step easy to find.
Plan the three-page customer journey
Use the first page to establish what you do, where you work and which celebrations you support. The second can show services, previous work and photographs. The third can explain the next step and provide contact channels, including a link to an external booking page if you use one. This is a recommended structure, not a description of fixed page labels.
Organize writing around client decisions: fit, process, examples and contact. Put service descriptions in ordinary Text sections, use Gallery for images, and reserve Links for actions such as email, WhatsApp, social profiles or a separate booking provider. Short paragraphs and descriptive headings make three pages feel connected rather than repetitive.
- Introduction: explain the offer and service area.
- Services and work: pair concise copy with relevant images.
- Contact: show the enquiry channels and your own response process.
Present services, work and photographs
Text and Gallery are available on the Free plan and remain useful inside the paid template. Use Text to describe wedding planning, coordination, styling or event support in plain language. Use Gallery for completed projects or illustrative scenes, adding captions where they help clients understand the setting or stage of the work.
Premium layouts are a separate consideration. Service Grid, Profile, editorial layouts and image sliders require Lite SME or Business to publish, as do blocks such as testimonials, process, team grid and FAQ. Such sections can be drafted before upgrading but cannot be published on Free. Do not describe a premium layout as free simply because it appears in a template demonstration.
- Text: explain services, scope and working process.
- Gallery: group images by project, venue or service.
- Publish only the section types allowed by your plan.
Handle enquiries and bookings accurately
QREasy does not provide a verified native customer contact form, enquiry inbox, appointment scheduler, calendar availability, automated confirmation, checkout or payment processing. A phone, email or WhatsApp link opens that external channel; it is not by itself a reservation. If you use a separate booking platform, link to it and let that provider apply its own rules.
An external form remains a separate provider’s tool. Describe it as a link to a service you already use, not as a form handled by QREasy. You may offer scheduling, payment or confirmation through your own systems. The key is to distinguish the website’s role from the external service and avoid promising a flow the site does not control.
- Use a clear label such as Request a consultation for a direct contact link.
- Say Book an event only when the linked provider handles booking.
- State your response time and booking conditions on your own terms.
Connect QR codes and Wallet cards
For a QR code, choose the model based on who controls the destination. A static URL QR encodes a fixed address; content at that address can change without changing or reprinting the code. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change, subject to plan limits. Editing a hosted page does not require a dynamic QR, while changing the encoded URL requires a new static QR.
Scanning a website QR opens the site in the phone browser and requires internet access. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device, so test the final size and placement. Use the QREasy QR code generators to create it, and consult the guide to creating a QR code for a website link when choosing a destination and format.
Wallet cards offer another route: recipients can review and save contact details or open a QREasy website from a website-linked card. The website opens through the phone browser, not inside Wallet; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business. That requirement is separate from the template’s plan requirement.
- Static QR: use when the destination address stays fixed.
- Dynamic QR: use for redirect changes within the plan allowance.
- Always test on the phones and locations where the QR will be used.
Check plans and publish carefully
Check the QREasy plans before committing to the structure. Free includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR, unlimited static QRs, seven days of analytics history and Contact Wallet cards. Lite SME includes three websites with up to four pages each, 50 dynamic QRs and 90 days of analytics. Business includes 33 websites with up to ten pages each, 357 dynamic QRs and 90 days of analytics.
Both paid tiers include unlimited static QRs and website-linked Wallet cards. Pricing is EUR 0.00 monthly or annually on Free, EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually on Lite SME, and EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually on Business. The Weddings & events template requires Lite SME or Business, independently of Wallet-card use.
- Replace all demo content and confirm names, services, locations and images are accurate.
- Open every internal and external link on mobile and desktop.
- Test each QR without relying on a single device or network.
- Confirm that the site URL, contact details and booking destination remain current.
- Publish on a plan that supports the template (Lite SME or Business), then review the three pages as a complete client journey.
