A focused three-page coaching website
The personal trainer template is designed as a compact three-page QREasy website, not a single landing page. Its fictional sample content introduces a trainer's coaching offer, programmes and next steps. The structure gives visitors room to understand the approach, scan the service information and decide which contact or booking route fits, while all three pages remain part of the same site.
Before editing, preview the personal trainer template. Treat the preview as a multi-page demonstration: the sample trainer, programme names, businesses and copy do not represent a real client, verified result or testimonial. Use the preview to judge hierarchy and navigation, then replace every demonstration statement with accurate information about your own service.
Plan the content before adding more. A useful editorial split is a broad introduction on one page, detailed service or programme information on another, and practical next steps on the third. QREasy supports text, images, services, contact details and links, so the objective is to organise relevant material clearly rather than fill every page with every available feature.
Edit the coaching offer and next steps
Start with the sample material as an editing checklist. Replace the fictional trainer biography with a concise description of your coaching area, experience and session format. Explain who the offer is suitable for in general terms, while leaving individual exercise prescriptions and medical guidance to qualified, direct conversations. The website should present services clearly without promising guaranteed results.
Rewrite each programme description so a visitor can identify its purpose, delivery format and practical next step. Add or arrange supported text, images, services, contact details and links in a logical reading order. If you add a profile, service grid, before-and-after layout, testimonials, FAQ or another premium block, those section types require Lite SME or Business to publish; they may be drafted earlier but cannot go live on Free.
A Free website can still use ordinary Text and Gallery sections to describe services, a profile or past work. That does not make premium layouts available without an eligible plan. As you edit, browse other website templates only for comparison if needed; the personal trainer template already supplies the intended starting structure.
- Rewrite every demo heading, paragraph and business name with verifiable information about your own coaching offer.
- Use real photographs of sessions, coaching settings or equipment; avoid generic imagery that suggests services you do not provide.
- Keep programme names, session formats and contact details consistent across all three pages.
- Remove every placeholder link, unsupported endorsement and implied result before publishing.
Publish and update the same web address
Open the personal trainer project in QREasy's small website builder. Review the existing text, images, service blocks, contact details and links, add or arrange supported sections, and publish. Preview all three pages before sharing the address. Check that navigation works, external links open the intended service and images remain relevant. Website access requires an internet connection, so test from the device and network your visitors are likely to use.
After publication, keep the website address as the stable destination in printed materials, social profiles or Wallet cards. Edit the copy, replace an image or adjust a section, then publish again. The same address can display the updated content, so routine content changes do not require a new destination. For a repeatable editorial routine, read the practical template guide before the first launch.
Use a simple pre-publish pass: read each page as a new visitor, follow every contact or booking link, and verify that the next-step wording matches what the destination actually provides. Record the final URL in your QR workflow and reuse it for later updates.
Contact and booking journeys use external channels
The site can direct visitors toward phone, email, WhatsApp or an external booking link, depending on what you configure. These actions open the relevant app, website or mail service. A phone call, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, but it is not automatically a confirmed reservation. If you use an external booking provider, that provider's own rules determine whether and how it confirms appointments.
Do not promise a native QREasy enquiry inbox, appointment calendar, availability checking or automated booking confirmation. These are not part of the QREasy website functionality. If you already use a separate form or scheduling service, you may link to that provider and describe it accurately; the provider, not QREasy, controls the submitted information and the confirmation process.
Write the next-step copy so visitors know exactly which route to choose, what information they should prepare and whether the destination is a conversation, enquiry or booking request. Keep availability and final confirmation with the service that manages them. If your business offers scheduling, payment or other services independently of QREasy, describe those services accurately on the linked provider's own pages.
Choose a static or dynamic website QR code
A website QR can use a static URL code or a dynamic redirect. A static URL QR encodes one fixed web address. When the content behind that address is edited and republished at the same URL, the printed code continues to point there; replacing the encoded address itself requires a new static code. This makes a static URL QR practical for a stable website link, and QREasy's QR code generators can help create one.
A dynamic QR routes through a managed redirect, so its destination can be changed without reprinting the code, subject to plan limits. Dynamic routing is optional, not required merely because website content changes. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device, so test the code on the phones and environments where it will be used and provide the plain website address as a fallback.
If you also publish a website-linked Wallet card, its QR opens the website in the phone browser rather than running the site inside Wallet. Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. A static URL QR is also different from a QR code containing static vCard contact data: the former points to a web address, while the latter stores contact information in the code itself.
Select the plan and run the final checklist
Using this premium three-page template requires Lite SME or Business. That requirement applies even if you never create a Wallet card; it is a template and publishing requirement, not a condition caused by Wallet functionality. A Free QREasy account can host one website with up to one page, so it cannot publish this three-page template. Compare QREasy plans to confirm the current allowance that fits your work.
Both eligible plans can accommodate the template: Lite SME includes up to three websites with up to four pages each, while Business includes up to 33 websites with up to 10 pages each. The personal trainer template therefore fits within both page allowances. Choose based on the broader number of sites and pages you need, rather than on the Wallet card alone.
- Select Lite SME or Business before publishing the premium template.
- Replace all fictional sample copy, businesses, images and implied outcomes.
- Publish and test every page on a phone and computer with internet access.
- Open each phone, email, WhatsApp and booking destination to confirm it works.
- Create a static URL QR for the published address if that destination will remain stable; use dynamic routing only when its redirect flexibility is useful.
