What the Free QREasy plan includes
The Free plan costs EUR 0.00 per month or annually and gives individuals a practical starting point. It includes one small website, contact Wallet cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and access to QREasy QR tools. The important boundary is that a card opening a QREasy website is not included on the free tier.
Free still provides room to publish a one-page presence and create QR codes. Contact Wallet cards let recipients review and save your contact details, while the one hosted website can be reached separately or through a suitable QR destination. For a plan with more pages, more dynamic codes, or website-linked Wallet cards, move to Lite SME or Business.
- Websites: 1, with up to 1 page
- Dynamic QR codes: 1
- Static QR codes: unlimited
- Analytics history: 7 days
- Wallet cards: contact cards included; website-linked cards require Lite SME or Business
Lite SME for freelancers and growing services
Lite SME is the first plan that includes website-linked Wallet cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. At EUR 2.99 per month or EUR 28.70 per year, it suits freelancers and small teams that need more than a contact-only card but do not need a large network of separate websites.
Lite SME supports three websites with up to four pages each, creating room for a portfolio, service pages, or a compact company presence. Its included website-linked Wallet cards can open a site created with QREasy. If design direction matters, compare the available website templates before deciding how many sites to build.
- Websites: 3, with up to 4 pages each
- Dynamic QR codes: 50
- Static QR codes: unlimited
- Analytics history: 90 days
- Wallet cards: website-linked cards included
Business for larger website and QR capacity
Business costs EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually and is aimed at users who need substantially more capacity. It keeps the same core Wallet journey as Lite SME, but expands the allowance to 33 websites, each with up to ten pages, and 357 dynamic QR codes.
That scale is useful when a small business manages separate locations, brands, services, or client-facing sites. It also gives frequent campaign work more dynamic-code room, while static QR codes stay unlimited on every plan.
- Websites: 33, with up to 10 pages each
- Dynamic QR codes: 357
- Static QR codes: unlimited
- Analytics history: 90 days
- Wallet cards: website-linked cards included
Monthly or annual billing: which option fits?
On a monthly basis, Lite SME is EUR 2.99 and Business is EUR 9.99. Choosing annual billing instead totals EUR 28.70 for Lite SME and EUR 95.90 for Business. In both cases, the annual total is lower than paying the monthly rate twelve times.
Annual billing is the straightforward choice when you expect to continue using the service and want the lower twelve-month total. Monthly billing keeps the initial payment smaller, which may be preferable when you are evaluating QREasy for a shorter period. Compare the payment total with your expected usage rather than focusing only on the monthly figure.
Use the detailed QREasy plan comparison as a second pass, then check three quantities: websites, pages per website, and dynamic QR destinations. Add the need for website-linked Wallet cards before making the final choice.
Static versus dynamic QR codes
A static URL QR code contains one fixed web address. You can replace the content served at that address without changing the code—for example, update a QREasy-hosted page or swap a PDF for another file at the same URL. The QR only needs reprinting if the encoded URL itself changes.
A dynamic QR code points to a managed redirect, so its destination can change without reprinting the printed code. That makes it useful for campaigns or materials whose destination needs to be changed later. Dynamic codes are limited by plan—1 on Free, 50 on Lite SME, and 357 on Business—and can be created through the QREasy QR code generators.
Choose static when one fixed address is enough, and dynamic when the destination will change. Editing the content of a hosted website does not, by itself, require a dynamic QR. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device. Also, a static URL QR is not the same as embedded static vCard data: the first opens a URL, while the second stores contact information in the code itself.
- Reprint a static URL QR only when its encoded URL changes
- Use a dynamic QR when the destination must be changed after printing
- Remember that the dynamic-code allowance varies by plan
Which QREasy plan matches your needs?
Start with a simple capacity check. Count the separate websites you need, the maximum pages each will contain, and the number of destinations you expect to manage through dynamic QR codes. Then mark whether recipients only need your contact details or must open a website from the Wallet card. These answers map directly to the three plans.
For one personal site and contact saving, Free is the natural starting point. A freelancer who wants a multi-page portfolio and a website-linked Wallet card will usually fit Lite SME. A business running many sites, several pages per site, or many changeable campaign destinations is more likely to need Business.
Before publishing, test the selected path with one realistic card and one QR destination. The digital business card creator can help structure the contact details and website link, while the plan limits determine how many separate projects you can maintain. Recheck counts before upgrading so unused capacity does not obscure the actual need.
- One personal contact card and one one-page site: start with Free
- Website-linked Wallet cards and up to three websites: assess Lite SME
- Many websites, ten-page projects, or hundreds of dynamic destinations: assess Business
- Any plan: static QR codes are unlimited
