What the QREasy toolkit includes
QREasy brings together digital business cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a small website builder, and free QR tools. The supported Wallet journeys let a recipient review and save contact details, or open a website created with QREasy. If your main need is a shareable contact card, the digital business card creator provides the relevant starting point.
The website and QR parts are separate from the Wallet-card allowance. You can publish a one-page site, replace the content at its address, and direct people to it through a QR code. For visual starting points, compare the available website templates; for choosing a code format, explore the QREasy QR code generators.
- Contact Wallet cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
- A small website builder with allowances that differ by plan.
- Static and dynamic QR code tools.
- Analytics history ranging from seven days on Free to 90 days on paid plans.
Free plan: the included essentials
The Free plan is listed at EUR 0.00 per month and EUR 0.00 per year. It includes one website with up to one page, one dynamic QR code, unlimited static QR codes, and seven days of analytics history. Contact Wallet cards are included, but a Wallet card linked to a QREasy website requires Lite SME or Business.
That split matters when comparing features. One dynamic QR can cover a single redirect whose destination may need to change, while static URL codes can handle fixed links. A static QR still points to a fixed URL, but content served at that address can be edited or replaced without changing the code.
- Price: EUR 0.00 monthly or annually.
- Websites: 1, with up to 1 page each.
- Dynamic QR codes: 1; static QR codes: unlimited.
- Analytics history: 7 days.
- Wallet: contact cards included; website-linked cards require a paid plan.
Lite SME and Business: the paid allowances
Lite SME is listed at EUR 2.99 per month or EUR 28.70 per year. Its limits are three websites, up to four pages per website, 50 dynamic QR codes, unlimited static QR codes, and 90 days of analytics history. It also includes website-linked Wallet cards, so recipients can use the supported website-opening journey as well as the contact-details card.
Business is listed at EUR 9.99 per month or EUR 95.90 per year. It raises the allowance to 33 websites, up to ten pages per website, and 357 dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes remain unlimited, the analytics window remains 90 days, and website-linked Wallet cards are included.
The main decision is capacity rather than a change in how the tools work. Lite SME is the smaller paid package. Business is intended for broader site, page, and redirect requirements, while both paid tiers retain unlimited static codes and the same 90-day history window.
- Lite SME: EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually.
- Lite SME capacity: 3 websites, up to 4 pages each, and 50 dynamic QR codes.
- Business: EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually.
- Business capacity: 33 websites, up to 10 pages each, and 357 dynamic QR codes.
Wallet cards and QR codes: what the plans mean
Wallet availability is not a single all-or-nothing feature. Contact Wallet cards are included with the Free plan. Website-linked Wallet cards require Lite SME or Business. The supported journeys let recipients either review and save contact details or open a QREasy-created website, so the plan should match the destination you need.
Static and dynamic QR codes solve different update needs. A static URL QR contains a fixed URL; a hosted page or PDF at that same address can change without reprinting the code. Only a change to the encoded URL requires a new static QR. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change without reprinting, subject to the plan limit.
Neither format guarantees scanning on every device, and a hosted website does not need a dynamic QR merely because its content will be edited. Also, a static URL QR is not the same as a QR that embeds static vCard data. These distinctions help prevent choosing a tier for a feature the static format already supports.
- Free dynamic-code allowance: 1.
- Lite SME dynamic-code allowance: 50.
- Business dynamic-code allowance: 357.
- Static URL QR allowance: unlimited on every plan.
How to choose the right plan
Start with Free if a single one-page website, a contact-oriented Wallet card, and seven days of analytics history are enough. Move to Lite SME when you need more than one site, more than one page per site, website-linked Wallet cards, or multiple dynamic destinations. Its 50-code allowance and 90-day history accommodate those added requirements.
Choose Business when the operating requirement is broad: up to 33 websites, ten pages on each, and 357 dynamic QR codes. Paid plans already cover the main Wallet and analytics differences, so the decisive question is whether your expected volume fits Lite SME or requires the larger Business limits.
A practical test is to count current sites, planned pages, and QR destinations whose target address may still change. Then check which Wallet journey you will publish. For a second written comparison, see QREasy Pricing: Compare Free, Lite SME, and Business.
- Choose Free for one site, one page, one dynamic QR, and contact Wallet cards.
- Choose Lite SME for up to three sites, four pages each, and website-linked Wallet cards.
- Choose Business for larger portfolios: 33 sites, ten pages each, and 357 dynamic QRs.
- Check analytics needs: Free keeps seven days; both paid plans keep 90 days.
