Choosing a Service Business Website Template
Start with structure rather than decoration. A useful service business website template should present a clear service summary, visual proof and a direct next action in a deliberate order. Open the services website template preview, note the sections that already exist, and identify where visitors should learn what you offer and how to make contact.
Choose a design that fits the way customers buy, not the business you hope to run next. A consultant may lead with a profile and projects, while a local provider may prioritize services, photographs and a phone call. Browse the website templates collection for alternatives, but treat sample businesses as fictional demonstrations rather than proof of results.
- Before editing, list the three questions visitors should answer: What do you do? Why should I trust that you can do it? How do I start?
- Collect one strong image for each important service and remove any sample image that does not represent your work.
What the QREasy Services Template Starts With
The Services template is a one-page starting point for explaining what you offer and how to get in touch, and it is available on Free. Its sample content is not a finished service list. Confirm the sections shown in the editor, replace the wording with your own and add a missing block only when it helps a visitor make a decision.
Template defaults and optional blocks are different. The Services template has one page, while supported sections can include Text, Gallery, Links, Contact, Social, Save Contact and Events. A consultant can describe a profile or past work in ordinary Text and show photographs in Gallery; premium Service Grid, Profile and editorial image blocks are not automatically included.
Other templates also have fixed starting points: the business-card template starts with Save Contact, Contact and Links, while the Event template starts with Text, Links and Contact. Neither is a scheduling or registration system. Add sections only when the visitor needs them.
- Text: define the service, scope, process and next step.
- Gallery: use real photographs of work, people, places or the service environment.
Customizing Services, Images and Contact Details
Begin with a page outline. Replace the introduction with a plain description of who you help, the problem you solve and the service you want the visitor to request. Keep the opening focused: one service statement, one useful visual and one contact action can orient a visitor before they scroll.
Organize services from most relevant to least relevant. For each one, explain the outcome, suitable location or customer, what is included and the next step. Keep claims specific and verifiable. If the business already offers scheduling, payment or other services through its own processes, describe them accurately without implying that QREasy provides those functions.
Use Gallery for photographs of completed work, the working environment or the person providing the service. It does not make premium editorial layouts free: image sliders and editorial image blocks require Lite SME or Business to publish. On Free, build from ordinary Text, Gallery and other supported free sections instead.
- Check every phone number and email address, then name the best time or information to provide.
- Give each link a descriptive label, such as Call for directions or Request a site visit.
- Use Save Contact when you want a supported contact-saving option; it does not deliver an enquiry to your inbox.
Connecting Phone, Email, WhatsApp and Booking Links
Enquiries do not need a form on the page: link out to the channels your business already uses. If you already use a booking provider, add its external link and label the action accurately. The link opens that provider in the customer’s browser or app; whether it can confirm a reservation is governed by the provider. Do not imply that QREasy includes scheduling, availability, reminders or automated confirmations.
Phone, email and WhatsApp actions also open external channels. They are useful for enquiries, but starting a chat or drafting an email is not itself a confirmed booking. There is no verified native customer contact form or enquiry submission inbox in these templates, so do not write instructions that assume enquiries will arrive in QREasy. If a separate provider already handles forms, link to it clearly.
Test the complete path on a phone before publication. Make sure the link opens the intended app, the destination uses the correct business account and the wording tells visitors what will happen. Keep enquiry and booking language distinct: one may ask for a conversation, while the other continues into a provider’s own confirmation flow.
- Call now should open the intended phone number.
- Check availability should point to an external booking provider only when that provider handles the booking.
Free Sections, Premium Blocks and Plan Options
QREasy’s Free plan can host one website with up to one page and publish free section types such as Text, Gallery, Links, Contact, Social, Save Contact, Events, Restaurant menu and Products. Premium sections may be drafted, but publishing music, video, Service Grid, Profile, FAQs, testimonials, locations, statistics, before-and-after, team and other listed premium blocks requires Lite SME or Business.
Review QREasy plans before choosing a paid tier. Lite SME costs EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 28.70 annually and allows 3 websites with up to 4 pages each. Business costs EUR 9.99 monthly or EUR 95.90 annually and allows 33 websites with up to 10 pages each. Contact Wallet cards are included; website-linked Wallet cards require a paid plan.
QR and analytics limits also differ. Free includes 1 dynamic and unlimited static QR codes with 7 days of analytics history. Lite SME includes 50 dynamic and unlimited static codes with 90 days of history. Business includes 357 dynamic and unlimited static codes with 90 days. Compare those limits with your rollout rather than buying only for an optional visual block.
- Choose Free for one focused, one-page service website using free sections.
- Choose Lite SME when you need additional pages, premium blocks or a website-linked Wallet card.
Publishing, QR Codes and Wallet Connections
Preview every section, then publish the website. QREasy hosts the editable site, and the same website address can show later updates without changing its URL. Anyone opening it needs internet access. Test on more than one phone, check text wrapping and image loading, and activate each phone, email, WhatsApp, social and booking link before sharing the page.
A static URL QR can point to the published site, and content at that same URL can change without changing or reprinting the code. Only a change to the encoded URL requires a new static QR. A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect whose destination can change, subject to plan limits; editability alone does not require one. Create either through the QREasy QR code generators. Neither type guarantees scanning on every device.
For Wallet use, distinguish contact details from the website. Lite SME or Business is required for a website-linked Wallet card. Its QR encodes the website URL, so scanning opens the site in the phone browser rather than running it inside Wallet; Google Wallet also includes a Visit Page link. Contact Wallet cards and the first one-page website are free, but that does not include a website-linked Wallet card. Read information about QREasy for further product context.
- After publishing, open the page from an incognito browser and follow every action.
- Scan the QR on the devices your customers are likely to use.
