Start with the visitor’s next step
A wedding organizer contact page works best when it answers three questions quickly: what the planner offers, which events or services are relevant, and how to make an enquiry. Put the most important information near the top, use specific text and keep each page focused. See the companion guide for a wedding organizer website template to shape the content before you start editing.
Write the page as a presentation and contact hub, not as a booking engine. QREasy can display services, past work, products, event information and contact routes, but it does not provide a native enquiry form, submission inbox, appointment calendar, availability management, checkout or automated confirmations. If the business already uses a separate scheduling, enquiry or payment service, add its link as an external action.
- Audience and event type: identify the weddings, celebrations or corporate events you want to discuss.
- Service scope: describe the planner’s offer in plain language rather than relying on a generic services heading.
- Enquiry route: list the phone number, e-mail address, WhatsApp route or external link that the business monitors.
- Relevant proof: include factual information about experience, areas covered, previous work and the types of events handled, written in ordinary Text sections (the Locations section itself is a premium block that Free plans cannot publish).
Activate the three-page Weddings & events template
Preview the Weddings & events website template before creating the site. It is a premium template with three editable pages by default, so it requires Lite SME or Business to use; that requirement applies to the template itself, not only to Wallet features. Compare website, page and QR allowances on the QREasy plans page before you settle on a plan.
The template starts with editable Text, Links and Contact content. It does not arrive as a ready-made services area, scheduler or registration system. Add ordinary Text for a service description, Gallery for photographs, Products for offers, and Events for event examples when each is relevant. Keep the default three-page structure, but do not assume every added block appears by default.
- Suggested Page 1: introduce the planner, the main offer and the easiest enquiry route.
- Suggested Page 2: present photographs, selected work and concise service descriptions.
- Suggested Page 3: concentrate contact actions, useful links and relevant event or product information.
- Add Products or Events only when you have meaningful content; these display sections are not checkout or booking tools.
- Use free section types unless you need a premium block, editorial layout or image slider, which cannot be published on the Free plan.
Build contact routes without a native form
Use the Contact, Links and Social sections to show the phone number, e-mail address, WhatsApp route, website, social profiles or external enquiry links that the business actually uses. Each action opens its relevant channel. A message sent by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation; a separate booking provider may confirm bookings under its own rules.
Do not label an external link as a QREasy enquiry form or imply that submissions arrive in a QREasy inbox. If the planner already uses a separate form, link to that provider and explain briefly where the visitor will go. Keep the wording neutral, especially for dates, availability and payment expectations, because QREasy does not determine what another provider can schedule, charge or confirm.
- Phone and e-mail: show the exact details that the business wants visitors to use.
- WhatsApp: include it when prompt, personal contact is part of the service and messages are actively monitored.
- External enquiry or booking link: connect to a provider already used by the business and describe the destination accurately.
- Save Contact: add this section when visitors should save contact details, keeping it separate from booking actions.
- External form wording: identify the provider or destination without suggesting that QREasy receives or processes the enquiry.
Choose the right sharing method
Start with the published website address: it is the simplest route for links in e-mail signatures, messages or social posts. A static URL QR encodes that fixed address, so visitors reach the site in the browser. If you later change the destination URL itself, create a new static QR. If only the content at the same address changes, the existing static QR can continue to work without being reprinted.
A dynamic QR uses a managed redirect, allowing its destination to change without reprinting and remains subject to plan limits. It is useful when several destination URLs must be managed centrally. Neither QR type guarantees scanning on every device, and a static URL QR is not a QR that embeds contact details as a vCard. Use the QREasy QR code generators to create and compare the appropriate format.
Wallet cards are another option. Contact Wallet cards are included with Free, and recipients can review and save contact details. A Wallet card linked to a QREasy website requires Lite SME or Business. Its website QR opens the QREasy address in the phone browser rather than running the website inside Wallet; Google Wallet also provides a Visit Page link.
- Direct link: use it for e-mail, messages and social posts when visitors can click without opening a camera.
- Static URL QR: use it when the website address will remain stable and only its content may change.
- Dynamic QR: use it when the redirect destination must be managed centrally, within the selected plan’s limits.
- Keep it a URL QR: this format opens the website and should not be described as embedding a static vCard.
Test, publish and maintain one address
Before launch, open the published site on the devices and channels you expect visitors to use. Check every phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and external link, then scan each QR from a clean camera view. Check that images are readable, contact actions work, external pages load and the three pages remain easy to navigate. Neither a static nor a dynamic QR can guarantee scanning on every device, so practical testing is part of the launch.
After publication, edit the content at the same website address when services, photographs, links or event information change. You do not need a dynamic QR merely because you want to update a hosted webpage. Re-test updated contact routes, especially when an external booking provider changes its destination, and remove offers or event details that are no longer current.
- Plan check: Free includes one website with up to one page and one dynamic QR; Lite SME and Business have higher dynamic-QR limits.
- Publishing check: confirm that every selected section is available on your chosen plan before publishing.
- Analytics check: expect seven days of history on Free and 90 days on Lite SME or Business.
- Channel check: test phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, external booking links and Wallet actions individually.
- Connectivity check: verify that the hosted website opens over mobile data as well as Wi-Fi.
